Anonymous UserWe reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us.
Thanks to all once again.

Novotel Airport Darwin is a typical airport hotel. They run an on demand shuttle to & from the airport terminal which is very handy, and only a short distance away.
The rooms are simple, clean and functional. In room tea & coffee is provided, and there was fresh milk in the fridge.
I opted to include breakfast in my booking, which was very good. Lots of choices, including traditional cooked breakfast, lots of bread options (some gluten free), yogurt, fruit and pastries. If you're on the run they provide take away cups for hot beverages, which is a nice touch.
Overall I would happily stay here again.

Room size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

Guest UserThe hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces.
The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff.
Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The Mercure is the pick of the Darwin Airport hotels and they capitalize on their airport location by cranking up the price. Also our flight came into Darwin after midnight and the airport shuttle phone number they provided was unanswered so we endured the 9 minute walk from the airport with our cases. Checked in about 1:00 and requested a late check out. The hotel had plenty of availability but they still charged $60 for the privilege. Rooms are comfortable but looking a bit tatty now. Even so we had a nice , but short stay

Mantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.
