Beautiful hotel, a haven of peacefulness which was very enjoyable to retreat to after exploring the chaotic streets of Dhaka. All staff members were very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.

IIt was very good to stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, safe, and clean. However, there are two points I would like to mention: 1. The side water massage jets in the bathtub were very dirty. Whenever I turned them on, a lot of small black pieces of dust came out, even though I cleaned the tub several times. I hope this issue can be cleaned and checked soon. 2. Be careful about the large number of mosquitoes in the lobby during this season.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

Great clean western hotel in a nice central area. Supermarkets/amenities nearby (especially enjoyed the Moja Korean Restaurant across the street) Liked the breakfast! Likes the gym (it's fine for workout during travels). View from rooftop is also good. Got a juice and a hot towel at check in, also nice gesture. 10/10 Would come again.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

The room is quite large, with ample space to move around and relax. The furniture is tastefully arranged and gives a cozy and comfortable feel. The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Dhaka. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop pool and restaurant. At night, you get a panoramic view of the Dhaka cityscape, which was a wonderful refreshing experience during my stay. The staff were all very friendly, and I was particularly impressed by how they always met my requests with a smile. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Dhaka.

I used this hotel because I had an early morning domestic flight the next day. It's about a 3-minute drive from the airport, so it's very close and convenient. Since it's set back from the main road, I was able to sleep soundly. The amenities are basic, but I think that's to be expected given the price. There's no hairdryer in the room. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were good. I had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; it wasn't expensive and tasted good. What bothered me was the large number of mosquitoes inside the building, especially in the lobby and restaurant.
