GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, with a modern exterior and a beautiful Swiss style interior. The receptionist and the driver's relatives are very warm-hearted. The restaurant staff are very professional and the meals are suitable for Asian tastes. Highly recommended!

Going out is the commercial street, the quiet location: there is no sound when the window is closed! The service staff will take the initiative to help carry the luggage! Feel at home! JJiaganggI originally wanted to enjoy swimming and fitness in the hotel, but the nearby ones were closed during this time, so I had to take a bus to another town, which was very inconvenient. It happened to snow on the day I stayed in the hotel, and the scenery was nice, so I took a lot of photos as souvenirs.

GGuest UserOur room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area.

GGuest UserI'm so satisfied. It's definitely a cost-effective choice in St. Moritz. The hotel is very small and right in the center of the town. When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season.

EEChoiAlthough the hotel is a bit far from the train station, you can directly ask the hotel to call a car for pick-up. The hotel lobby and interior have been renovated and are clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel room rate includes spa treatment. This spa center is very convenient opposite the hotel. It is clean and comfortable and has many spa facilities. It is highly recommended.

Ppoon isabellaThe self checking system didn't function satisfactorily.The staff at the Reine Victoria hotel are helpful.
The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.
Breakfast is nice and the one in charge is helpful.
