"Good spot to stay. Kitchen is good, bar is good, some sort of activity each evening. Nice social atmosphere. My room could have been cleaner and the drains really need unblocking in the bathrooms (I was fifth floor). But overall I would recommend this hostel."

RG202348Located in the wealthy area, a little far from the tourist attractions, a taxi from the airport costs about RMB 180. The prices in Chile are similar to those in Shanghai. Mineral water is only provided on the first day. The front desk service is not bad. When asked for mineral water, she said no. But she was also polite.

Alexey NikulinGood quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

my personal experience was excellent. I used the hotel as a base while I travelled to different parts of Chile and also a side trip overseas. They accommodated my request to live my main bag in storage while I used my smaller bags to travel. Staff was always friendly and the food at the restaurant was great, the staff in the restaurant were very nice also. I love the location, next to the Costanera Centre and the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park. Went for hikes around the park many times
aAtransfer to the airport or Uber is really convenient as one of the motorway to the airport is close by making the trip very quick.
It's not the cheapest option fro everyone but the facilities, cleanliness and location makes it worth the price.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

谈The room and hotel were very clean, and the Providencia neighborhood was a great place to stay. The hotel is close to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, and it felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, and the WiFi were amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy.In the room there was an air conditioner that was old and huge and very loud. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to.
The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once.
The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

Convenient location, comfortable environment, but the room is a little thin. On the day of check-in, it took more than two hours to walk. If you get the room early, you must pay an extra 50% of the room rate on the day. I had no patience to find a meal and get the room after eating. The restaurant decoration is very chic and the breakfast food is rich. There is also welcome drink enjoyed at the top restaurant, the scenery and environment are good.

Excellent hotel, with a pool and sauna that we were able to enjoy comfortably, and a truly four-star room. The views are also beautiful, and the location is unbeatable.
