The glass grain flows near the entrance, and the hazy glass causes visual blur, like a curtain wall flowing in chaos, isolating the two worlds inside and outside the curtain wall; The sloping door frame leads to the unknown. At night, the light and shadow device at the door is dreamy and beautiful. Under the divergent warm yellow light, the whole hotel seems to come from parallel time and space, sleep in the dark night and shuttle through time and space. It comes and goes quietly, like a quiet dream in the dark night, with a mysterious atmosphere, leading the sleeping passengers to the next stop of time and space. "This hotel is super comfortable and easy to get to by taxi. It's not on the main road, so it's really quiet and cozy! The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a loft room for free. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and very new. It truly was as good as it looked in the pictures! Plus, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical! There was even a bathtub, so I could enjoy a soak every night – so relaxing! They were also very responsive to requests, always happy to help. My two days in Changsha were incredibly comfortable! I particularly loved that there were so many places to put things in the room, and a fridge too – it really had everything you could need. There's a pub downstairs on the ground floor, and Wanda Plaza and Chaozong Street are just a short walk away, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!"

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

BBanlidelixiangshenghuoLin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

Downstairs, you'll find Super Wenheyou, and it's an easy walk to Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street, making it a one-stop shop for all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – super convenient! I booked a guest room and was immediately blown away by the view upon entering. In the evening, you can watch the sunset paint the river, perfect for photos! The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered a kind farewell and a small gift when I checked out. Looking forward to my next stay!

The front desk staff were polite and gentle, making check-in quick and efficient. They patiently addressed all my requests, showing meticulous care throughout. The room was spotlessly clean and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to fully relax after a busy workday. The bathroom was tidy, with plenty of hot water. The spacious desk and chair area was perfect for working on a business trip, and the natural light and ventilation were great. The hotel's common areas were quiet, elegant, and impeccably clean everywhere. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for appointments. From the attentive service to the comfortable living experience, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. The staff truly go above and beyond for their guests, making business travel hassle-free and comfortable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, and I highly recommend it to all my business travel companions.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent and the service was superb, especially the hotel butler who ensured our family had a very quick check-in to a room that was pre-arranged and perfectly suited our preferences. The breakfast was also very much to our taste. The travel photography session included in the package was truly fantastic. This hotel is simply the best in Changsha! From the hotel lobby on the 39th floor of the Skyview Heights Hotel, you can see our great leader's statue and the flowing river, making for a beautiful view. The hotel was also very clean, with complete facilities, and the environment and service were all excellent.

GGuest UserThe room was just okay, not great value for money. The front desk staff weren't very efficient and were slow to resolve issues. I called for something and it took ages to be delivered. The hotel is in a busy area, right at a crossroads, so it's quite noisy downstairs. You can hear the traffic, so I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. The afternoon tea selection was also quite limited. The elevators were a bit old and took a while to arrive. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but overall, getting around was still convenient. However, the service definitely needs improvement!

The facilities are very comprehensive, and you can even get a great shot of the Changsha Station sign right from the window. The staff's attitude was excellent, and they provided everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! It's also super easy to find – after a day tour with a group, you just get off the bus and walk about 50 meters, and you're there.
