"I specifically came to leave a review because Hotel X exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the hygiene was impeccable. The room was clean and bright overall, and the floors, tabletops, and bathroom were all spotless. The bedding was comfortable and dry. The room facilities were complete, with all appliances and toiletries in perfect working order, providing a great user experience. The service was an even bigger plus; the staff were warm and patient, responded promptly, and provided thoughtful service throughout. The environment was also very quiet, allowing for excellent rest. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!"

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Exit 5 of Wuyi Square Subway Station, and close to Huangxing Walking Street. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Although the hotel is on a main road, it's very quiet at night. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a heated towel rack. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing great directions and recommending local Changsha specialties. The restaurant at the hotel entrance has good food; the stir-fried pork with white chilies was delicious and not too spicy.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

You can use your room card to access the hotel from the parking lot, which saves a lot of hassle with elevators. All the furnishings and amenities in the room are coordinated, even the trash cans match the theme and decor, showing great attention to detail. The bedding is very comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. The service is very responsive. The TOTO toilet is currently the best smart toilet on the market, and the Kohler bathroom fixtures provide a great experience.

GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation.
The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design.
What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed.
Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.
Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve.
We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

Cleanliness: The cleaning is impeccable, both in general and in the details.
Environment: The environment is great. The hotel has a fantastic design; I heard it's based on Huxiang culture, which is quite interesting.
Service: I have to give a special shout-out to Maggie! She's exceptional with a wonderful attitude. She remembered me every time and greeted me. Definitely worth praising!

RRika37chanThis might just be the hotel with the best night views of the Xiang River in Changsha. My stay was during the plum rain season, so the weather was poor and misty. However, on the first night, I could still see Orange Isle and the Xiang River. Later, as night fell and the lights came on, the light show along both banks of the Xiang River was spectacular. Perhaps the Xiang River night view is the best way to experience Changsha. The next day, the weather cleared up, visibility improved, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Yuelu Mountain in the distance.
The room decor felt a bit old-fashioned and traditional, but the light color palette was very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant offered a wide variety, including freshly baked waffles and made-to-order eggs Benedict. The freshly squeezed juice was very fresh and delicious.
What impressed me most about the hotel was the service at the Grand Club. The front desk staff at the Executive Lounge frequently engaged me in conversation during my stay. They never neglected me, even when busy with work, always attentively answering my questions and comforting me when my flight was delayed due to a schedule change. This trip was for my graduation, and after explaining this to the lounge staff, they happily prepared a small cake to commemorate the end of my student days. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Manager Yan and all the staff at the Grand Club Executive Lounge, and wish them all the best in their careers.
It's also worth mentioning that the Grand Club offers the best spot to capture photos of Du Fu's Pavilion at night, perfect for stunning shots.
Despite being an older hotel, having been open for nearly 10 years, the Grand Hyatt Changsha is impeccably maintained, both in the rooms and public areas. If I were to recommend a place, the Grand Hyatt would always be the best choice when visiting Changsha.

The facilities are very comprehensive, and you can even get a great shot of the Changsha Station sign right from the window. The staff's attitude was excellent, and they provided everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! It's also super easy to find – after a day tour with a group, you just get off the bus and walk about 50 meters, and you're there.

The hotel's decor is stylish and appealing; the lobby and terrace are perfect for photos. Our room was spotless, and the giant projection screen made for an immersive movie experience. The bedding was incredibly soft. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, and the self-check-in saved us a lot of time. They even offered warm snacks late at night, which was a lovely touch. The facilities are comprehensive, and after a day of sightseeing, it was so relaxing and comfortable to come back to. Definitely worth revisiting!
