Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The service was attentive, and the butler responded promptly. The swimming pool was clean. The buffet was excellent, with high-quality, delicious food that offered great value for money. It's definitely one of the better hotel buffets. The location is convenient, especially for families with kids. Downstairs, in the courtyard of YunDa Hui, there are classic Changsha restaurants like Binghuo Xiaoguan, BPM, Fulù, and even Hema Fresh. The young lady at the front desk recommended Li San Noodle Restaurant on the first floor, which was very local and delicious, not a tourist trap. We really enjoyed the food during our stay. My kids loved the space theme, and Cherry designed a fun check-in game to win prizes, which added great interaction and helped the kids burn off some energy. Hope they add more fun activities nearby!

This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

Coming to Changsha to visit the cultural sites, the Grand Hyatt Changsha's location was perfect. It's within walking distance of Du Fu River Pavilion and just a stone's throw from the Xiang River Scenic Belt. The hotel has a quiet and elegant atmosphere overall, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room facilities are well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. The high-floor river view is charming both during the day and at night. Breakfast offers local flavors, so you can taste authentic Changsha rice noodles. The service was excellent, and they even allowed for a late check-out.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly, but the service efficiency was really low. It took over 40 minutes to get a shower cap, and I never received the nail clippers I requested the next morning, even by check-out time around 11 am. Also, since the hotel shares a building with an office, the elevators were incredibly slow. As for breakfast, it wasn't particularly special or tasty, and there weren't enough staff, so tables weren't cleared promptly.

Taking advantage of the summer holidays, I brought my child here to play, and this accommodation covered our five-day trip. Personally, I think it's pretty good. The hotel's location is close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

My mom and I chose the JW Marriott for our trip to Changsha, and overall, we were very satisfied! Facilities: Very comprehensive. The gym had almost everything one could need, and the equipment was comfortable. I only tried the pool briefly, but it seemed great too! Cleanliness: We were out early and back late during our trip, and in the mornings, we'd see the staff diligently cleaning the carpets. The gym's restrooms and showers were also very clean. The room cleaning was thorough, and amenities were replenished promptly. Ambiance: Marriott's ambiance is top-notch as always. The scent upon entering the hotel is unique, making you feel calm and refreshed in the hot summer. The lobby and elevators are grand, the breakfast restaurant has a smooth flow, and the lounge is very elegant. Service: Extremely satisfied. Max and Maggie were both very attentive; they quickly brought bandages and iodine swabs when my foot got chafed. The young man in the lobby on the first floor greeted us very gently. All the staff truly made us feel at home. Exclusive Photo Shoot Experience: The staff from Weiyu Photography were excellent photographers; the pictures turned out great! The photo delivery was also very quick!

My stay at Niccolo Changsha was incredibly pleasant. The room was elegantly minimalist, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views of Changsha. A special thanks to Camille from Guest Experience for proactively coordinating my itinerary, being attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and promptly responding to all my needs with just the right touch of professionalism. The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!

I absolutely have to give the Huanzhi Hotel a great review! The location is super convenient, really close to [Wuyi Square/the subway station]. Both the lobby and the rooms are spotless, the bedding is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good – I had a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha. Highly recommended!

This hotel is super close to Changsha Railway Station, which was really convenient since I arrived in Changsha late at night and could get some rest right away. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. It was also pretty quiet at night, which was a plus.
