The glass grain flows near the entrance, and the hazy glass causes visual blur, like a curtain wall flowing in chaos, isolating the two worlds inside and outside the curtain wall; The sloping door frame leads to the unknown. At night, the light and shadow device at the door is dreamy and beautiful. Under the divergent warm yellow light, the whole hotel seems to come from parallel time and space, sleep in the dark night and shuttle through time and space. It comes and goes quietly, like a quiet dream in the dark night, with a mysterious atmosphere, leading the sleeping passengers to the next stop of time and space. In our vision, X Hotel space-time capsule is not only a hotel, but also an communicator and explorer of space-time, exploring the edge of life and culture.
"This hotel is super comfortable and easy to get to by taxi. It's not on the main road, so it's really quiet and cozy! The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a loft room for free. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and very new. It truly was as good as it looked in the pictures! Plus, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very practical! There was even a bathtub, so I could enjoy a soak every night – so relaxing! They were also very responsive to requests, always happy to help. My two days in Changsha were incredibly comfortable! I particularly loved that there were so many places to put things in the room, and a fridge too – it really had everything you could need. There's a pub downstairs on the ground floor, and Wanda Plaza and Chaozong Street are just a short walk away, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!"

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

YYexiaoxinThe hotel's location is great, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge. There's a laundry room on the 4th floor with free washing and drying services, which is a fantastic amenity. It's very close to Huangxing Walking Street and Wuyi Square, and there's a subway station just 150m away, making getting around super convenient. They even have coffee available in the lobby. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room decor was also quite nice.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

The hotel's mini-program is very convenient, and there's a robot that can deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel's complimentary late-night porridge is a nice touch, but the afternoon tea selection was much smaller than advertised, and breakfast was also quite limited. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy at night. The hotel isn't very close to the subway station either; it's a bit of a walk. Overall, it's not bad.👍🏻

GGuest UserOn my trip to Changsha ZETA PLANET, Lin, the welcome ambassador on the sixth-floor lobby, was the absolute highlight of my entire 'interstellar' experience. The moment I stepped out of the cosmic elevator, I was greeted with such warmth. It wasn't just a routine, robotic welcome; she immediately noticed my heavy luggage and proactively offered to help. She meticulously explained the Galaxy T-stage, the Runway Bar, and breakfast timings, even discreetly sharing some niche photo spots within the hotel and a local guide to authentic Changsha snacks. Her whole demeanor was relaxed and comfortable, professional yet down-to-earth. She perfectly balanced W's trendy, flamboyant vibe with truly thoughtful and heartwarming service. What could have been a cold, futuristic lobby felt incredibly welcoming and homey thanks to Lin's attentiveness. If you're staying at W Changsha, you absolutely have to commend this welcome ambassador on the sixth floor!

GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation.
The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design.
What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed.
Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.
Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve.
We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

Cleanliness: The cleaning is impeccable, both in general and in the details.
Environment: The environment is great. The hotel has a fantastic design; I heard it's based on Huxiang culture, which is quite interesting.
Service: I have to give a special shout-out to Maggie! She's exceptional with a wonderful attitude. She remembered me every time and greeted me. Definitely worth praising!
