During the May Day holiday, I stayed at The Wellesley. As soon as I entered the hotel, there was a faint, pleasant fragrance, and the room also had a lovely scent. It was very calming and helped me sleep soundly, which is rare as I usually have trouble sleeping in new places. The holiday experience was excellent—very comfortable and peaceful. The welcome fruit was delicious, fresh, and sweet. The hotel butler was also very responsive to any requests. The hot water was instant, no need to wait for cold water to clear, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all very attentive, reminding me of the excellent Japanese service I experienced while living in Japan. As a guest, my stay was very enjoyable. I hope The Wellesley maintains its original charm and that the staff get well-deserved raises!

This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

The hotel boasts a variety of styles, and this room type, facing the residential area, is quieter. The decor, with its framed art, creates a lovely ambiance. It even comes with a hairdryer box and a smart toilet. Plus, it's within walking distance to Wuyi Metro Station, making transportation quite convenient. The lobby on the first floor is spacious, and the service is warm and friendly.

The location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is only about a hundred meters from Exit 4 of Yingbinlukou Station on Lines 2 and 6, so you can reach the station in just a few minutes on foot, making getting around super convenient. A quick tip for those traveling with kids: children under 14 ride the Changsha subway for free, which is a great saving! Taking the subway to Wuyi Square, Snack Kingdom, Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, and Hunan Provincial Museum was incredibly smooth. Even taking a taxi back from Du Fu Jiang Ge at night only cost around ten yuan, making our trip easy and stress-free. This time, we stayed in an executive twin room, which was spacious and tidy, with a great sense of space. It was equipped with two two-seater sofas, a single sofa, and a large round table, perfect for ordering takeout and spreading out, ideal for family meals. The hotel's minibar was replenished daily, and the room service was thoughtful and attentive, proactively providing extra drinking water and biscuits. They even prepared a heartwarming note for the child, who was so happy and kept talking about wanting to write a reply – these little details were incredibly charming. The exclusive Orange Crystal toiletries had a pleasant fragrance, making the stay experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel breakfast was small but refined, featuring local specialties like beef noodles and Daituan noodles. There were also ice cubes and a coffee machine, so you could make your own iced Americano, perfect for coffee lovers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changsha!

This was my first time staying at the Huanzhi Hotel in Changsha, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even gave me a free breakfast coupon. The breakfast spread was extensive and really delicious, and the auntie working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the hotel's location is super convenient – close to Wuyi Square and other attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. It offers fantastic value for money with attentive and thoughtful service, and its convenient location makes it a top choice. I strongly recommend it!

I saw several guesthouse recommendations on Xiaohongshu and after a lot of comparison, I finally chose this one. I'm very satisfied! The location is convenient, the service is great, and the noodle shop they partner with for breakfast is also delicious!

Service: The service attitude is excellent, they're always responsive to requests. Messages to their WeChat customer service were answered instantly, especially by Wendy and Clara. All staff members were very polite. There were two thoughtful details: a handwritten welcome card from the housekeeping staff, and on the second day, they replenished more drinking water after noticing our high consumption. Also, staff and concierges would avoid sharing an elevator with guests. Ambiance: The lobbies on the first and sixth floors have a nightclub-esque style, with space and astronaut elements everywhere. The outdoor balcony on the sixth floor in the evening was very comfortable; enjoying the sunset with a gentle breeze and a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' drink was incredibly pleasant. Transportation: Although the location isn't ideal for popular attractions (takes a bit longer to get there), transportation is convenient. There's a metro Line 2 station downstairs on Changsha Avenue, and taxis are readily available. It's only two metro stops from Changsha South Station. Facilities: Compared to similarly-rated hotels in Guangdong, the room size is a bit smaller, but the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe acting as a buffer, so you don't see the bed directly. The corner by the entrance is perfect for luggage, and the toilet and shower are separated on opposite sides. The soft amenities are also great: Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of drinks in the fridge, including beer, carbonated drinks, and local Changsha specialties. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and there were no odors in the restroom. Breakfast Service Extended until 2 PM: This is a rare service for many hotels. No need to rush to eat breakfast early, definitely a thumbs-up! Plus, they switch to lunch at 12 PM, so even late risers don't have to worry about going to the restaurant at 11 or 12 and finding nothing to eat. Bar: There are different live singers every night, creating a nice atmosphere. Bartender Zhang Yang provided attentive service; I felt my 'Changsha County Chronicles' cocktail was too sweet, so he remixed a new one according to my taste.

The overall quality is excellent, and the service is attentive. I stayed at this JW Marriott for a business trip and was very satisfied with everything. The city view from the higher floors is outstanding, the room is clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The service is meticulous and到位, the overall quality is online, the environment is quiet, suitable for both work and rest. It's a great business hotel in Changsha.

At this price point, you can't expect too much, but thankfully the service was quite good. They contacted me before arrival, and again after check-in. After I provided feedback, they helped me change rooms, and even asked about my experience at checkout. Its strengths are its location and good service, making it suitable for a one or two-night stay for tourists.
