AAnonymous UserThe owner of this guesthouse has excellent taste, maintaining high hygiene standards and fully equipped smart facilities. They pay great attention to detail – the hand soap dispenser is automatic, the toilet is smart with an antibacterial seat and self-cleaning nozzle (as per the instructions), and it's disinfected after each guest. There's a small speaker and a multi-head charging cable. The bedding is clean and tidy, and even when we weren't in the room, the cleaning staff tidied up perfectly. The housekeeper provided excellent service. The courtyard facilities are also convenient, offering exercise areas, relaxation spots, and a reading corner. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. The only minor downsides were that the greenery on some room balconies didn't seem as meticulously arranged as indoors, perhaps due to it being winter. Additionally, some rooms face the road; although earplugs are provided, light sleepers might want to choose a room on the quieter side (not facing the road). These minor points don't detract from my overall impression that this is a high-quality guesthouse with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Foshan.

I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The whole place is spacious, the rooms are large and beautifully designed. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such a unique room layout before — it’s really one of a kind. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and all the necessary amenities are provided in the room.
The bar was great, and the view was absolutely stunning. I had breakfast here, which I would rate a 7 out of 10. However, the service was truly excellent.
I’m completely in love with this hotel. My partner and I truly appreciated everything about this place, enjoyed our stay to the fullest, and felt so welcome throughout.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be coming back. The swimming pool area is also incredibly beautiful!

1108809****The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Qiandenghu Lake in Guicheng. It's incredibly convenient, next to a snack street and across from a large shopping mall. The surroundings are beautiful, and a walk along Qiandenghu Lake is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Apart from a bit of noise from the KTV, everything else was great.

MmccccccI had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate.
The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

PPennyLHPLocation is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all.
Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China.
Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :)
Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

GGuest UserThis is a classic, old-school five-star hotel that exudes a timeless elegance. While the rooms may not be as spacious as those in newer hotels, my stay was comfortable, and I would definitely return. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Overall, its minor flaws are easily outweighed by its many positives.
1. The lifeguard was incredibly responsible. My child stumbled slightly and swallowed some water in the children's pool, and the lifeguard immediately, without a moment's hesitation, sprinted over.
2. The young lady at the front desk who checked me in went out of her way to call and confirm details when I casually asked, 'Is this a non-smoking room, and can the twin beds be pushed together?'
3. We decided last minute to have the buffet dinner at the hotel. The manager, dressed in a suit, proactively offered discount options. Plates were cleared very promptly during the meal, and the clown server was practically worried he hadn't given the children enough balloons.
4. A new self-service laundry room has been installed on the 4th floor of the Biyun Building, featuring four washing machines and four dryers, all commercial-grade. Thumbs up!
Just three small suggestions:
1. As I booked at the last minute, the hotel's order processing was a bit slow. The front desk couldn't find my reservation during check-in. The initial receptionist was quite unhelpful; she didn't say how long I'd have to wait, just that the order was being processed, and she wouldn't even look at the hotel confirmation I proactively showed her, leaving me stranded at the front desk.
2. Many of the staff seemed unsure about the location of the laundry room and provided me with incorrect information.
3. It would be great if there was a service to return washed clothes to the room or a wash-to-dry transfer service. After all, hotels like [brand A] and [brand B] allow guests to just drop off their laundry and not worry about it, with staff delivering the clothes to the room later. Here, when I asked guest services if there was a clothes delivery service, the staff member 'educated' me by saying, 'Here, everything is self-service.' So, I set an alarm to move the laundry to the dryer after 30 minutes, and then returned two hours and two minutes later to pick up the dry clothes. (I fully understand that five-star hotels typically only offer dry cleaning services, but since they've provided new self-service facilities, perhaps the service could be upgraded to match.)

AAnonymous UserOur May Day stay was fantastic! The Sheraton Foshan Shunde truly excels in every aspect – cleanliness, ambiance, service, and facilities are all five-star. The city view room offered a great panorama and was incredibly comfortable. Traveling with family, we had absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

QQiu XianI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient in the city, there is a parking lot, the room has a good view, the bed is very comfortable. There is a free drink to take, this is great. But the room was not clean enough, the bathroom had used paper towels, and the floor of the room did not seem to have been sucked. Since the price is also cheap, the price/performance ratio is OK.
