Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

This hotel is great! The location is superb, right off the highway exit. Although the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining it. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also quite spacious, and all the facilities are well-maintained and operational. The breakfast spread is abundant, and the hotel has a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. Check-in was efficient, and they proactively added me on WeChat to send the restaurant menu, which was a nice touch. The prices weren't more expensive than outside, and the food tasted delicious. Oh, and they have EV charging stations directly at the hotel, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Guest UserThis hotel was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by its unique and farm house style design. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

The apartment is bigger than the hotel, the equipment is new, there is a bathtub on the balcony, the hot spring is real, but there is a construction site nearby that affects the scenery. Breakfast and afternoon tea are shared with Holiday Inn. There is a Xintu restaurant near Yamen Wharf where you can eat seafood and go out to sea on a yacht.

ChenxidiandiThe room is relatively clean, but the location is far away. It is close to the high-speed railway station and is only selected if there is a drop-off service. (I haven’t used it, so I don’t know the effect. I only know that I need to make an appointment in advance and the front desk will call a car for me). The breakfast is scheduled to start at 7 o'clock, but it won't be served until around 7:30. The front desk also said it might be 8 o'clock, so be careful when taking the early bus.

Not bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

Not very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better.
Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.

Guest UserDeparting Guangzhou on Friday, it's a two-hour drive to Xinhui, Jiangmen! Traveling off-peak means fewer crowds and a better experience. [Color] My family and I have been to Gudou Hot Spring Town before. It's a 5A-rated, authentic hot spring, and soaking in it in autumn and winter is truly relaxing. [Let me see]
This time, we booked the Gudou Royal SPA. The overall décor is antique, and the rooms are spacious and bright, with a balcony overlooking the hot spring area. The hotel has been open for a while, but it's clear it's been recently renovated. The lighting and walls have been updated and are much brighter than before. [Sun] The main reason we chose this hotel is its proximity to the hot spring valley. Direct access to the hot springs from the hotel makes it very convenient for families, and we can even soak in it at night.
Gudou Hot Spring Valley is a famous destination with two springs: a freshwater and saltwater hot spring. There are over 60 pools, large and small, including free fish therapy, tangerine peel hot springs and dry steams, rose hot springs, Chinese herbal hot springs, and more. A tropical rainforest area has been added recently, and the waterfall spa is very comfortable [enjoyable]. After soaking in the hot spring for ten minutes, you can take a break and drink a cup of tangerine peel tea [coffee]. The temperature has been neither too hot nor too cold recently, which is perfect for soaking in hot springs. If you are traveling with the elderly, the Gudou Royal SPA Hotel is the first choice. It is super convenient to go to the hot spring area!
