Guest UserThis is my second time visiting, and the experience is consistently excellent! 👍 The owner is incredibly warm and hospitable, and the service is top-notch. I'm very satisfied. You can see the owner's thoughtful touches everywhere:
1. The living room offers complimentary fruits and tea.
2. The flowers on the long table in the living room are fresh, making it a delight to look at.
3. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich and authentic Cantonese style, featuring many local Kaiping delicacies. The owner's family comes from a lineage of food connoisseurs, passed down through three generations – absolutely delicious!!
4. Upon arrival, the staff asked about any dietary restrictions. Since I don't eat green onions or garlic, they made sure my meals were prepared without them.
5. They even gave a small gift upon departure, which truly made for a thoughtful and pleasant trip. It's perfect for a two or three-day leisurely vacation, with great food, beautiful scenery, and a chance to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life.

LidaiyanThe room layout was excellent, with beautiful views from the window. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had great water pressure, making it very comfortable. It had a wet and dry separation, was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The lobby manager provided excellent service, upgrading our room and accommodating all our requests. The breakfast buffet in the morning was comfortable and elegant, and seeing the high-altitude river view made me feel refreshed.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room – it was bigger than I expected. The room's layout and decor were very comfortable, with a minimalist yet cozy design. There was a large windowsill letting in plenty of light, and the wardrobe was spacious and convenient for hanging clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower was very roomy. The hotel also offered complimentary drinks and fruit.
A complimentary breakfast was included in the morning, and you could add an extra breakfast for 10 yuan. In the evening, the hotel provided a late-night snack service. However, there are also many dining options right downstairs from the hotel, and a McDonald's not far away, so you don't have to worry about food.
The staff were very gentle and pleasant to interact with.
The only minor issue was that the smart toilet was a bit too smart – the lid would close before I had even finished getting up.

I've stayed here many times. The hotel is nicely decorated and has great views. The room is clean and tidy. The TV can show the status of the washer and dryer. The front desk staff are professional, and there's a dedicated WeChat concierge. Parking is convenient for coming and going.

Hazel989The check-in process was very efficient from start to finish. The front desk staff were well-presented and spoke kindly. They handled document verification and information entry in an orderly manner. When asked about parking, breakfast times, and directions to nearby attractions, the staff explained everything in detail without being perfunctory. The check-out process was also completed very quickly, with no delays throughout. Both the professionalism and service attitude are commendable, leaving an excellent first impression. Ms. Wu (Cathy) at the front desk provided great service, highly recommended! 👍

We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

The staff at Chikan Ancient Town and the hotel service personnel are all locals. They have a deep affection for their hometown and are dedicated to making this place a shining beacon. The service is filled with genuine human warmth. For example, the hotel's cleaning staff will give a friendly nod of greeting, the trolley car drivers can provide detailed information about each stop in Cantonese, and the boatmen on the sculling boats will even wish you a pleasant trip in Cantonese, saying, ”祝您游玩愉快” (Wish you a pleasant trip). Within the Greater Bay Area, it's truly rare to hear staff using Cantonese within a scenic area. The linen changes and the cleanliness of the bathroom areas are maintained to a high standard. This is my second visit, and the scenic area has added several new and exciting performances. I hope this place continues to innovate and maintain its unique charm for a long time.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The decor is modern and minimalist, simple yet cozy and stylish. Our room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view – I loved relaxing on the sofa and scrolling on my phone. So, so relaxing! The front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded our room, plus she told us about the outdoor pool on the second floor. 👍🏻👍🏻 It's the little details that show quality. Highly recommend… we'll definitely be back!

The service was really poor. I specifically asked for a room not at the end or beginning of the hall, and they still made me argue for it, telling me to put it in the remarks next time. The pillows were too high, giving me a neck ache. The location is a bit out of the way. The room itself was okay, and everything else was fine. Parking was a hassle; I had to register at the front desk every time I wanted to go out, which was incredibly inconvenient just to grab a meal.

Guest UserTraveling during off-peak season offers a unique experience. The ancient town is well-planned with plenty of family-friendly facilities and a variety of indoor and outdoor performances to suit different preferences. The show schedule is quite reasonable; we checked into our hotel around 3 PM and managed to see all the attractions, take many photos, and sample a lot of local food within a day and a half. Rong'an was pretty good – the breakfast was plentiful, the room was spacious with a large balcony, and the cleanliness was up to standard. There was some water seepage on the bathroom wall, but it didn't dampen our spirits. Overall, we had a great time! Thumbs up! 👍
