TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

The location is fantastic! Super close to Liyuan Garden and Tianxia Liangcang Bookstore. Facilities: The room facilities are really top-notch, no complaints at all. I'd suggest the owner consider installing an EV charging station, that would be even more convenient. Hygiene: All the in-room amenities were spotless. Environment: Couldn't ask for more, just check the pictures. Service: The owner and the lovely ladies working there were all wonderful. We even exchanged WeChat, and they were always ready to help and cooperative. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! The water pressure in the room was excellent, making showers really enjoyable. It was very quiet, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, was delicious and filling, and they even had freshly ground coffee, which really brightened my morning. The self-service laundry was also super convenient, clean, and hassle-free. Overall, a really good experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The location is great and easy to find, with a shopping center across the street for convenient dining and shopping. There's also a large parking lot. The room was clean and tidy, with smart devices that were easy to use. The bedding was comfortable and the environment was quiet, leading to a good night's sleep. The only downsides were that the room was a bit small and the rooftop service wasn't perfect.

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is extremely convenient and easily accessible. I was initially offered a complimentary room upgrade, but unfortunately the room had a strong fishy smell that was unbearable, so I had to leave. As I arrived before the official check-in time, the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, promptly arranging another room in the original room category that I had booked. The hotel also offers a small gym and complimentary self-service laundry facilities, which were a great bonus. There is a restaurant on the lower floors of the building, although it can occasionally result in longer waiting times for the lifts during busy periods. The room itself was spacious and offered lovely views, making for a comfortable stay overall.

The house is very big, 45 square meters. It is very tall and has a good sense of space. The house is very clean and sanitary. The house has no smell. There are two 1.5-meter large beds. The mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. The sheets and quilts are very clean. The bathroom It's also very big, the hot water is very good and plentiful, the breakfast is very good, there is a security guard who is also very enthusiastic, the girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic, there is a free parking lot, it is very large and can park a lot of cars.

The night market is within walking distance, and there's a shopping mall and grocery store just around the corner. You'll also find plenty of great local restaurants nearby. During my stay, I rarely needed a car or public transportation—only when I wanted to explore other parts of the city. If this is your first time visiting Taishan and you'd like to experience the local culture, I highly recommend staying here. The staff was warm, friendly, and always welcoming. While the hotel is a bit older and could benefit from some updates, it has been well maintained, and the cleanliness and upkeep are commendable. I've stayed at this hotel several times, including more than 10 years ago, and I continue to enjoy it because of its unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again on future visits.
