OOkmokThe hotel we stayed in on this trip was a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by the scenery indoors and outside the window, as if a natural painting was slowly unfolding before my eyes, and every glance was a visual feast.
The room is full of design sense, unique layout and clever decoration, making people feel warm and novel, and the hotel's intentions are revealed everywhere. The facilities are fully available, and parent-child activities, tea making and chatting can all be easily satisfied. What makes people feel more at ease is that the room is clean and tidy, spotless, and the quality is reflected in the details.
The hotel staff took care of every aspect, from checking in to providing travel suggestions.
The breakfast is also quite amazing, with rich variety and delicious taste. The experience is better than the buffet in a five-star hotel. Start a new day with energy. This stay was great, I'll come again next time!

I slept wonderfully every night at this hotel. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'healing' hotel, with a great atmosphere and plenty of activities. I tried the morning Eight-Section Brocade exercise, DIY lip balm, singing bowl sound therapy, a travel photoshoot, and even a tea knowledge session. Even when it rained in Wuyishan and we couldn't go out, there was never a dull moment. The travel photoshoot was incredibly impressive! They even included professional makeup and styling, and the photos turned out even better than their promotional pictures 😄
Transportation was also very convenient. It's just a few minutes by taxi to the scenic area, and getting a ride was super easy.
The food at the Chinese restaurant was also great – delicious dishes and generous portions, plus Chinese wellness teas. So comfortable!

AAnonymous UserWuyishan Guanlan Shuyuan truly understands travelers! The smart toilet and deep soaking tub in the rooms are incredibly thoughtful, and the facilities are excellent. There's a tea set with complimentary Wuyi rock tea, and the King Koil mattress helps you shed all your fatigue. The Song-style courtyard in the common area creates a fairy-tale mist, and the free Hanfu for photoshoots turns out amazing pictures – the butler, Xiaoxiong, is great at taking photos. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a beautiful restaurant, tea room, mahjong/chess room, and a gym. It's very convenient to rent a car upon arrival in Wuyishan and self-drive to explore the area. The hotel is also very close to the scenic area, conveniently located in the Sangu Resort. They offer free parking with complimentary EV charging, and the butler even helps with swiping the card to activate it – so thoughtful! This is a stay you won't forget!

GGuest UserI learned about this store from Mafengwo, booked a standard room for one day in Trip.com , and adjusted to a suite after arriving at the store. I felt very good after I checked in and stayed for four days. The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is 5～ 6 minutes from the bus station, and the bus station is 5～ 6 minutes from the south population of Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. The boss's main business is tea gardens and tea making, so tea is provided for free. I am particularly satisfied that the boss provides manual tour maps, and carefully plan the daily tour guide for you according to your time, just like traveling with a professional guide.

AAnonymous UserStaying here over Chinese New Year wasn't a great experience, and overall, I wouldn't recommend it. We booked mountain view rooms in the Xinyue Building, hoping for more comfort as we were traveling with elderly family and children. However, they couldn't even put our two rooms on the same floor, and both rooms had partial views. The second-floor room didn't even have a garden view 😟.
**Facilities:** Just look at the plant by the bathroom sink (as shown in the picture) – it's so dirty, yet they haven't replaced it, which shows the hotel's lack of attention to detail. We also found items left by previous guests in the corner of the sofa, indicating poor cleaning. The room's blackout curtains don't work well; you have to pull them extremely tight in the middle to block out light. All dining and activities are in the Tianfeng Building, and it's quite an inconvenient, winding walk from the new building. The room included an afternoon tea, which was a buffet with selections similar to breakfast.
**Environment:** This is probably the only redeeming quality – it's very close to the scenic area and commercial street. However, during Chinese New Year, fireworks and firecrackers went off all night until midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, don't come here during this period.
**Service:** The dining service was generally a bit chaotic. One evening, we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and the paper menu they gave us had already been used by someone else. We understand hotels want to save money, so we marked our selections clearly and confirmed them with the staff, making sure they didn't mix up our order with the previous guest's. After ordering, we weren't given a bill to confirm our selections. Sure enough, our food eventually came out wrong! They added dishes from the previous guest's order to ours. After we pointed it out, they corrected it, but not once did they apologize. The staff members were also stone-faced, as if we were in the wrong 🥲. We understand it's busy during Chinese New Year, and mistakes happen, but that level of service attitude is just ridiculous. We've stayed in many hotels during holidays, but never encountered anything like this.
**Hotel Activities:** For the parent-child activities, you have to choose between sugar painting and paper cutting, and you need to leave a five-star review on a popular app to participate. This is the first time I've seen a hotel demand a good review in such a way. These activities are also in the Tianfeng Building, and if we hadn't stumbled upon them ourselves, we wouldn't have even known they existed.

GGuest UserWe booked a twin room for four on Ctrip. Since it was off-season, we were given a free upgrade to a larger room. The host thoughtfully gave us a local guide and recommended several restaurants. After the show that evening, we ran into the host, who made tea and invited us to sit for a few drinks. On our last day, since there were no other guests, we were able to check out late. There was no rush, giving us plenty of time to rest and a wonderful stay. The B&B is beautifully designed, just like the pictures. The air conditioning is clean and smoke-free. The air conditioning cools down quickly and has a high speed, though you'll need to adjust it manually if you're worried about getting too cold. There's a cat in the house named Fugui, who's incredibly adorable and fearless. Petting him for a while is very soothing. By the way, if you're worried about getting tickets for the Impression Dahongpao and Bamboo Raft, ask the host for help. We had a fantastic view for the show, and it was a fantastic experience! The grounds are beautifully maintained, perfect for taking photos. Looking back, I feel like my vacation was so short. I hope to visit more often.

SShuangmushuiThis was my first time visiting Wuyi Mountains, and I stayed at the Wuyishan Shuizhuang Holiday Hotel for two nights. Miss Cao at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, making our family stay very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The bathroom facilities were complete; it would have been absolutely perfect if the shower pressure was a bit stronger. Overall, the stay was fantastic!

From check-in to the detailed service even after check-out, the hotel's professionalism and dedication were evident everywhere. I genuinely recommend it to everyone; I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

AAnonymous UserBased on my recent two-night stay, the Metropolo Hotel Wuyishan Sangu Holiday Resort is an excellent choice for exploring the area. The location is truly great, with easy access via the public bus right outside. Our room was impressively spacious and very clean. A special mention must go to their staffs, who were super nice and incredibly attentive to all my requests. The breakfast offered a great variety and quality to start each day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Wuyishan.

SSeng Cheong DuiThe hotel location is well placed and closed to Wuyishan. Self-serve washing machines with detergent provided was very helpful in keeping my luggage weight to the minimum. Proximity to the various food outlets (walking distance) is a strong plus.
