"I rarely comment. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is nice, but the front desk service is very problematic and the basic check-out procedures are not clear. Two hours after I checked out, I called to ask why my room hadn't been checked out yet and if I wanted to extend my stay. I said I checked out early, gave me my room card, and registered. The front desk said they didn't see it and they would look for it. After hanging up the phone for about twenty minutes, I called to ask why the deposit hadn't been refunded for more than two hours. The front desk also said when you would check out of the room. I said I had already checked out, at twelve o'clock, and you had called me before. The front desk made another query operation and said that it was refunded. We have already done it here, and the system will be delayed a bit. Let me wait. As soon as I hung up the phone, the deposit was immediately credited to my account. I was confused, it was clearly done by someone new, if I didn’t call, they wouldn’t have refunded me tomorrow😅"

"I stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was very poor. The staff were friendly and addressed issues promptly, but there were many hardware problems that urgently needed renovation. On the first night, they were fixing the pipes, and I couldn't shower until past 11 PM. The bathroom ceiling was damaged, so I had to switch rooms. The new room then had a leak, forcing me to move to a suite. The suite's hygiene was acceptable, but the sofa was so black and dirty I didn't dare sit on it. The room's phone line was broken, which delayed my food delivery by over an hour, and everything arrived cold. The bar below the second-floor suite was very noisy until 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep well. Light sleepers should definitely avoid it. The table in the room was too low; I practically had to sit on the floor to eat. The service was commendable, but there were many flaws in the facilities and details. These are my genuine impressions from my stay."

The merchant was too greedy and sold all the rooms at a high price, which showed no respect for the guests. Poor hygiene: I just changed rooms, but what I couldn’t stand was the poor hygiene. There was the previous person’s urine in the toilet that had not been filled, and the room was not even cleaned before letting the next person stay. No air conditioning: The air conditioning in the room I changed didn’t work, and the phone number at the front desk couldn’t be reached. Poor parking: The parking lot is very small, and the height limit in the basement is 1.7. It is difficult to park if you arrive late. What is called intelligence is just a gimmick.
