The guesthouse boasts an excellent location and room facilities, and the service is warm and proactive. Since we had to go up stairs, the owner offered to help carry our luggage and introduced us to various attractions. The breakfast was also very generous.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. The young man who checked me in was very helpful. Once I got to the room, it felt so new that I couldn't resist taking a few photos. The size was perfect, more than enough space. The double vanity was a huge plus for a girl like me. The room was clean, and the view was good too. The 'freshly ground coffee' was actually from a self-service machine, but the cups were pretty nice. It's conveniently located on the 4th-floor lobby. The late-night snacks were a bit simple, but the instant noodles and pastries were decent. Honestly, from check-in until I woke up, I really wanted to give it a full five stars. However, breakfast was a huge disappointment. First, the person collecting the breakfast vouchers didn't even look up; they were just glued to their phone, hunched over the table. We had to proactively place our vouchers on the table ourselves. Second, we went for breakfast at 8:30 AM, and there was already no fruit or hot dishes left. Many other food items were also missing. The tables were full of dirty dishes that hadn't been cleared. After finally getting a noodle dish made at the live cooking station, no one called us when it was ready, and there was no guidance at all. The overall experience was terrible. If this hotel didn't have breakfast, it would definitely be more than five stars!

Our family's recent stay at this five-star Intercontinental hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese options. We also appreciated the clean, temperature-controlled pool and the modern gym facilities. The biggest bonus was its unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from the main attractions, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for families, and we'll definitely be back!

The service was great, and the free parking was a nice bonus, especially with the complimentary bottled water. It's super convenient for getting to Lianglong Town in Siming Mountain and the highway. Getting to Yangming urban area is easy too.

As a long‑established property, Langham offers acceptable facilities. Its location in central Eastern New Town is excellent, with restaurants, entertainment venues and great transport links nearby. One downside: front‑desk employees generally have poor English and speak too quietly. Key information including minibar fees and other service charges was not explained clearly, which brought us some unnecessary unpleasantness.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! The hotel is right next to the popular 'International Lake House' sunset spot, and very close to Hanling Old Street, making dining super convenient. Nestled between mountains and the lake, its village-style garden design offers picturesque views at every turn. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a scenic balcony and comfortable bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the shuttle service within the resort is very handy. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Strolling through the grounds and enjoying the hot springs are both incredibly relaxing activities, perfect for escaping the city hustle. The hotel's body lotion is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

From the initial booking communication, Sylva demonstrated an attentiveness and enthusiasm that went above and beyond my expectations. She proactively added my contact information, letting me know I could reach out at any time during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in checking ferry tickets for Dongqian Lake and genuinely recommended reliable photography services. Thinking of the guest experience, she thoughtfully sent up bath salts and a welcome fruit plate. Even after her shift, she offered to give me a tour of the hotel's ancient village grounds, meticulously explaining the hotel's Jiangnan architecture at night. All of her care came from the heart, without any stiff or formulaic pleasantries. While the 'Misty Jiangnan' ambiance of the Park Hyatt is undoubtedly elegant and captivating, it was this warm, thoughtful, and proactive service that truly became the most precious highlight of my trip.

I took the elderly and children on a trip during the Spring Festival. The location is excellent. Hanling Old Street is right outside. The breakfast and afternoon tea are very good. The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the Hanfu experience is available. The children had a great time. The restaurant next to it is also good, with discounts for hotel guests.
