The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍. The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury. This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably.
