The location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home. It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

The common dining area is a visual delight, adorned with tasteful furnishings and bathed in ample natural light. Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

The location is excellent, right by a subway exit. Our room's window directly faced Tianyi Square, offering expansive and beautiful city views. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a really thoughtful and convenient touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, styled with a minimalist, light grey decor that created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. It had ample lighting and a convenient service call button right by the bed. Breakfast was light, delicious, and well-balanced, catering perfectly to a wide range of preferences. The front desk lounge on the first floor was thoughtfully designed and very inviting.

Reception Welcomed with warmth from the cold weather outside when you walk into the lobby area . Location Easy place to locate with various transport services around all parts of the town. Not far from my meeting points and the airport. Food Room beverage needs to be looked (No coffee) I didn't have the privilege to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to my morning rush to attend meetings. More dining places to explore since the hotel's restaurant closes early during the evening after my check-in at 8pm. Amenities TV and internet service are a bit complicated with various SMS registered accounts 😕 especially for travellers with no service but works finally. Rooms Nice stress free and spacious rooms with the Ruya Stress relief tub room, great choice. I was wondering where their steamers or irons were to press clothes in the laundry room but later moved onto something else. Cleanliness Calm and serene environment with passionate cleaning done with minor issues. Lovely place .

The land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

A friend recommended this hotel. The location is great, with convenient bus and subway access. It's also close to the Natural Stage I was going to. The hotel is very clean, and the lady who cleans it is very thorough. The room was very tidy. I liked it very much and would stay here again if I had the chance.

The location was satisfactory, just a few minutes from the train station. My navigation led me to the back entrance, which initially made me think it was a dodgy place, but once inside, it felt pretty decent. The room wasn't huge, but it was alright. No robot laundry service, I had to do it myself, which needs improvement.

A fantastic accommodation experience! It's right next to Lingqiao East, and the lively area is just across the bridge. The room was spacious, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, and even their clothes rack was high-end. The towels were nice too. There was Wi-Fi, a kettle, an elevator, and a room key. A truly excellent accommodation experience, and the price was very reasonable.

The decor is very Chinese, and the soundproofing is quite good. You can lie down, daydream, read a book while gazing at the lake, and quietly listen to the gentle lapping of the water. Let your mind wander – it's so comfortable! This place is perfect for urban dwellers to relax and unwind. The steamed buns for breakfast were delicious; they were clearly handmade. This trip was a bit rushed; next time I'll stay a couple more days.

The king-size bed exceeded my expectations! The decor was simple yet cozy, very comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the toiletries were complete and easy to use. It was exceptionally quiet at night, I slept incredibly well, and the price was reasonable. This experience was truly worthwhile, I've already recommended it to my friends! The receptionist was very friendly. It's right next to Universal Studios Japan and a shopping mall – so convenient!
