9.4/10
Amazing
뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.
8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say
GGuest UserThe best stay in Costa del Sol! I have stayed in Almunecar, Nerja, Malaga, and El Cortijo Boutique in Marbella is truly the best experience! Each room is unique, decorated with custom curated artwork by the owner Silvana. The hospitality of her staff is 5 STARS!!! They are warm, welcoming, and take care of me like family. Views from the pool terrace of the Mediterranean, birds chirping in the gardens, and ambiance music throughout the grounds far surpass the chaos of condos and hotels. Thank you for taking good care of me and my dogs :) We will definitely be back soon!!
GGuest UserSuper location but no hotel parking and parking nearby is really expensive. Hotel is fresh and modern throughout with an excellent bar service and a nice restaurant. Breakfast is a bit of a disappointment with poor quality machine coffee and a selection of food that’s not worthy of the €15 per person rate - there are much better and more cost effective options nearby the hotel, especially for coffee. The rooms are a little cooler than may be liked by some guests but reception can warm them if necessary. Overall a lovely hotel, well located and just short of perfect!
MMr P & R BWhat an amazing hotel!
I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to.
The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests.
The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared.
We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for.
We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat
GGuest UserHow to say it, this hotel is quite different. First of all, it is very new, the room is good, the bedding bath towels are very new, very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a super large balcony, outside is the swimming pool. But, the used cups are almost not washed, water, one day, no, ask the front desk, some say two bottles, some give several bottles. The location is a bit biased, take a taxi to the city seven or eight euros, there is also a station to go to the city and the pier, each two euros more. There is a supermarket next to it in five minutes and there are also high-end restaurants. There are many Russians living inside, and several at the front desk are also Russians. The breakfast was very general, people didn't feel much, but the waiter felt completely busy and had a good attitude.
GGuest UserStaff were certainly not the greatest. Sure it’s their high season but that’s no excuse. They weren’t friendly and we didn’t feel welcomed. They were very dry while speaking to you and def not something I expected from this hotel!
Breakfast was tasty
GGuest UserSecond time at this hotel
A tad pricey but so is the whole of Marbella!
Love the rooftop pool and spa massages are the best I’ve ever had!
Staff are super friendly and accommodating
For an easy stay I would definitely return!
GGuest UserFront desk seriously needs to brush up on their English skills.
Location is a bit far if you don’t have a car.
Rooms were impeccable and very clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows were plenty in the big sized bed.
Pool facilities was nice, of course at this time of the year pool is cold.
I left Britain to see more brits, but i guess it’s a bank holiday where else would they be?
JJamesR.A bit out of Marbella, easy spot if you plan to go to Ronda from Marbella. The resort itself is nice, but the room we had was very outdated. We were in a further building and they forgot to give us the plastic thing that goes in the slot for the electricity (there was no space for a card)
GGuest UserWe booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants).
Cleanliness was faultless.
