"Lovely cute house. Just make sure you take taxi to arrive and not Uber as you will have to drag your luggage a long way to the hotel. Just that we happened to have a lot of luggages, that was not fun. But location is great, in the old town, cute and safe and clean. You can always walk down to the seaside and walk all the way to the best area in Marbella. Helpful staff. Wonder city to visit."

"We were planning to stay here as a family of three in a two-bedroom apartment. Upon arrival, check-in was quick and the staff at reception were polite. We were given apartment 6021, and at first everything seemed fine. However, once inside, the disappointment was immediate. The apartment looked nothing like the photos shown online. The furniture and interior were old and worn, the cleanliness was questionable, and overall it did not match the value for money we expected. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she simply said that all apartments are “standard like this,” which was very surprising given the pictures used for advertising. We felt completely misled by the online presentation. It’s unfortunate, as the location seemed good and the potential was there, but the accommodation itself was far below expectations. We left after first night and requested money back."

What truly made the stay stand out, however, was the service. The team manages to strike the perfect balance between being professional and attentive while still maintaining a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal — just genuinely warm hospitality delivered effortlessly. A special mention must go to Victoria at the bar, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, she made every visit feel special and is a real credit to the hotel. Her service and positive energy added so much to the overall experience. This hotel clearly understands luxury hospitality and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet relaxed 5-star experience."

The sand was changed on the beach and the sound of a reversing car beeping could be heard from it from 7 am to 4 pm for a few weeks (but even improvements have to be made sometimes). The staff is nice and friendly."
