Hello! This was our first time staying at this hotel. The grounds are large and beautiful, and the rooms are clean. Housekeeping and towel replacement are done daily. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a nice view from the balcony. There are several swimming pools on-site, cafes, a large beach area, and plenty of sun loungers. Beach towels were provided. The food (we had breakfast only) was delicious. The selection might not be as huge as in Turkey, but it's quite sufficient. We missed leafy greens a bit, but on the bright side, there was plenty of fruit. We always found something to have for breakfast. We had lunch and dinner at cafes near the hotel. We only have positive impressions. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again without a second thought.

I have a very pleasant stay here. At 2014 back then when it is still Nikko, my brother had his wedding here and I appreciate the hotel still have their name hang in the wall near Wiwaha Chapel. The room is spacious and clean. The AC works really well. View from our room is so beautiful. Make sure to book the ocean view to enoy the beauty of Bali. We had Mexican dinner at Grain Restaurant, delicious food with Latin live band boost up the mood. Thank you Mrs. Sumerti for the hospitality during dinner. Definitely stay here if I visit Bali!

Ramayana Resort & Suites – Our First Bali Anniversary Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our first trip to Bali, and we chose Ramayana Resort & Suites in Kuta to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, from 24–29 August, in a Grand Deluxe Room (Room 745). The resort has a pleasant and relaxing environment, and the location is excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including Kuta Art Market, restaurants, eateries and convenience stores. This made it very convenient, especially for our first visit to Bali. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a really good spread with plenty of choices, and we enjoyed the breakfast throughout our stay. Although Ramayana Resort & Suites is a 5-star resort, we felt that some aspects of the room could be improved. The bathroom was not as clean as we would expect from a 5-star property. It was still acceptable and usable, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved to meet the standard we expected from a 5-star resort. There was also only one suitable plug point for charging mobile phones. Although there were USB ports available, they were not USB Type-C, which made charging modern devices a little inconvenient. The biggest issue was the very low water pressure in the shower. We informed the front desk about it, but unfortunately, it appeared that no action was taken, and the water pressure remained extremely low throughout our stay. Apart from these issues, the rest of the room was fine and comfortable. Unfortunately, on our second day in Bali, we had a frightening experience while walking to dinner. In front of Yan’s House in Kuta, two men approached us from behind and tried to pull the chain from my husband’s neck. My husband managed to push one of them, causing the chain and pendant to fall. Thankfully, the thieves did not manage to take the jewellery, and most importantly, neither of us was injured. We immediately informed the resort about what had happened and asked whether they could assist by checking the CCTV from the neighbouring hotel, Yan’s House, as the incident happened right in front of it. Unfortunately, we were told that they could not do so and were advised not to wear gold jewellery while walking around. We understand that the resort cannot be held responsible for an incident that happened outside the property. However, as guests, we would have appreciated a little more assistance or guidance following such a frightening experience. Despite the unfortunate incident, we had a pleasant stay at Ramayana Resort & Suites, particularly because of its excellent location, good breakfast and pleasant environment. That said, for a 5-star resort, we feel there are areas that could be improved, particularly bathroom cleanliness, shower water pressure, charging facilities and guest support following safety incidents. For anyone staying in Kuta, especially first-time visitors to Bali, please be extra careful with your belongings and jewellery. Avoid displaying valuable jewellery, keep your mobile phone secure, and remain alert when walking around busy tourist areas. We were fortunate that neither of us was hurt and that our jewellery was recovered. This was our first Bali trip and our wedding anniversary, so while we had many enjoyable moments, the robbery attempt was certainly a frightening experience that we will never forget. A resort with a great location, excellent breakfast and a pleasant environment, but with some room for improvement to fully match the expectations of a 5-star property.

We decided to stay at this hotel for a night before our fishing trip, and we are so incredibly glad we chose this place! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is very convenient, and the sea here is just great for relaxing. A special huge thank you to the staff, who are absolutely sweet and highly responsive. We want to specifically mention Nicho at the reception and the Duty Manager, Ryan Bawa, for their excellent hospitality. Right after we checked in, they even called our room to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything-such a thoughtful and attentive gesture! For families, this is a fantastic choice because the nannies in the kids' club are wonderful and take great care of the little ones. The dining experience was also a big highlight. The food portions are very large and satisfying, and the breakfast is simply excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is to be avoided if you are a young family and not using the all inclusive facility. We were booked for 9 nights but cut our stay short by 4 days as we didn’t want to stay longer and feel like we wasted our time here. The hotel facilities are ok with a good sized pool with pool bar and access to a beach. There are two restaurants also. However the service of this hotel is lacking. We have a small child and requested a ‘quiet room’ as per the booking options and we were put in the room closest to the lobby and reception. The hotel also scheduled live music and bands to play every 2 nights in the hotel lobby until 11pm which obviously was a difficulty with the earlier bedtime for a 2 year old and the music being about 10 feet from our room door. The room was ok and had everything you would need in theory, however it was dated and it is common for rooms now to have a smart tv but the tv in the room lacked this feature. The room was cleaned daily but there was a few days were they didn’t provide enough the towels for the amount of people on our booking which is frustrating. Also, you are not provided a clothes drying rack in the room so we had nowhere to place our swimming costumes after a day at the beach. The booking included breakfast which was ok, nothing special but definitely adequate. The restaurants at lunch and the evening focused on buffet style or a small à la carte menu which obviously is geared towards the all inclusive guests. We didn’t eat here for lunch or dinner after the first day as it was not worth the money as a non all inclusive guests. A big frustration was the speed of service and also not all staff are trained on how to take payments so whether ordering a coffee at breakfast, getting the bill at lunch or ordering a drink at the pool bar you have to wait a long time until a server who can take payments becomes free. The pool and beach as mentioned in theory are good. However the hotels rules on reserving sunbeds is crazy. Guests are down at 6:30 reserving sunbeds and then leave for the rest of the day and only return throughout the day meaning no one else can use these. I was up everyday at 7 with a toddler and I was too late. For the 5 nights we stayed, we were unable to sit by the pool once and only got to sit by the beach twice. The hotel are aware of this and this caused arguments between guests which the hotel didn’t solve and turned a blind eye hoping the problem would go away. The guests - there was something about this hotel that gathered a large amount of rude guests. From common courtesy to actual physical fights between guests at the beach. This was not a friendly atmosphere or environment. Finally check out - we checked out 4 days early as I mentioned but upon check out I was almost forced (still not sure why) that in order to check out early I needed to sign a piece of paper stating that I wouldn’t post a bad review or post on social media about the hotel. Hence the anonymous review. This left an even worse stain as with the rush of wanting to leave it only dawned on me after being in the taxi out that it’s the first time I’ve ever had to sign something to check out early. No sorry from the hotel or how can we improve just we are forcing you not to complain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid

we didn't actually sleep in the hotel. As we had a midnight flight, so we book the hotel just to repack luggage, to rest and to shower. The rooms are on the smaller side, so if you have a lot of luggage it's not really recommended. Shower was fine. The only negative thing was slow working of the AC, it stayed very hot in the room. We did not have any food from the hotel.

It was a last-minute booking, I reserved in the evening and arrived at the hotel that night, but all the staff warmly welcomed me and I was able to check in. Because it was so sudden, there was a short wait for the room to be prepared, but during that time, they offered us welcome drinks at the restaurant. While we were enjoying them, the room was ready and we were shown to our room. There was a small mishap where the card key didn't work and I couldn't get into the room, but a young staff member passing by immediately helped. They opened the room for us first and promptly brought a new card key later, saving us a trip back to the front desk, which was a great help. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and everyone was satisfied. All the staff had genuinely lovely smiles and were so kind, making it a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again. Thanks to Trip.com, we were able to stay at this class of hotel at a significant discount, which was a blessing for a family with children!

TOP: The garden, the large bed with its bedding, the big swimming pool, the sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. For breakfast, a choice of eggs made to order, waffles, crepes or pancakes. The quiet location, slightly set back from the center. LESS TOP: The breakfast had a lot of choice but lacked quality. For example, the pastries, industrial juices, tasteless cheese. Sour plain yogurt... The room was only available at 3:00 PM and was indeed ready at 3:00 PM. The room had to be vacated by 11:00 AM, unlike many other hotels where it's 12:00 PM.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Luxury Experience at Svanata Bali Our stay at Svanata Bali was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an incredible level of personalized attention. We were especially impressed by the room upgrade and the thoughtful care the team showed throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely valued and gave us a wonderful VIP experience. A very special thank you to Ahmad Fikri, the manager, who was an absolute gentleman. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He personally made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and he even offered us complimentary transportation to the bazaar, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. We would also like to sincerely thank Angga, Agus, and Adel for their assistance during our check-in and check-out. They were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout. A special mention to Gerri at the restaurant for his excellent service and warm hospitality. And of course, thank you to our wonderful bellboys Alvin, Kevin, and their colleague — unfortunately, I cannot remember the third gentleman’s name, but I have a photo of the three of them smiling. They were always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. What truly made our stay special was not only the beautiful resort, but the people behind the experience. Every interaction felt personal, genuine, and thoughtful. The team consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Svanata Bali is a place where luxury is not only about the property, but about the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. We are very grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable, and we would absolutely love to return. 🤍✨
