This was my first time ever booking a capsule at an airport, and it turned out to be incredibly convenient. I really enjoyed it! The staff were polite, and the capsule was clean. I absolutely loved everything about it and highly recommend it to everyone! 🫶🏼

This accommodation was very convenient, as it is located near Ubud Palace and the Ubud Art Market. Sweet Orange Walk Trail is also close to the accommodation, so I highly recommend visiting it during your stay. Hot water was available, which was a big deal to me. For the price, it’s a good option for a solo traveler.

Wonderful hostel, always something going on, a swimming pool on site, a small outdoor sports area, a sauna, and a cold and hot tub ❤️🔥 When I booked, I didn't know there was a sauna, but I was pleasantly surprised 😍 There's also a fairly spacious parking lot. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I left my swimsuit there and picked it up today, two weeks later 😁 thank you! But... the only downside to the hostel is the smelly towels; they need to be changed. The smell has become ingrained..

Location was excelent, it's in the heart of Kuta, few meters away from the main street, 2-3 mins away from the shore, tons of foods, salon/spa, and stores in the area. It was 40k idr bluebird car or 15k idr grab/gojek bike from airport. Main thing i like about this bunkbed hostel is each bed has 3 sides multiplex wall and a roller blind which gives privacy feeling and some noise reduction. Inside the cube there are towel and clothes hanger, foldable table, and small cabinet. Bed is comfy. Towel is kind of worn out but clean. Under the bed there is shoe cabinet (no lock) and across the beds there are storage cabinets with lock which fit my 24” luggage. This is a transit hostel or a place to sleep the night before/after airport, which served the purpose for me. This doesn't seem to be a hostel to make new friends/hang out with other solo travelers. The cons: 1. At the time i was in, there was only 1 out of 3 (or 4 i forgot) female shower room that works. And adding more bathroom mats would be nicer. 2. Night was all quiet and nice until at 4-5am there were a group of teenagers with some Ind*an language chatting and giggling so excitedly. Some guests already shoosh-ed them, but they only reduced their volume for few minutes then continued. I dont know maybe add bigger sign about the quiet hour inside the room or make some kind of hotline number to contact the 24h security downstairs to report a complaint.

1. attentive & polite staff throughout the stay, daily cleaning your room. 2. great scenery at backyard surrounding, you may view it from balcony or staircase area. 3. suitable for small family residence, got a small pool, but good enough to cool off after a long day travel under hot sun. 4. strategic location, inside road valley at Ubud downtown, accessible to outside main road shops & bus stop for Trans Metro Dewata - KB4 line & Gojek rider meet up point, walkable to Ubud town attraction on North & Monkey Forest at South

Breakfast is a local rice dumpling-like rice ball, you can take two slices of bread, there are strawberry jam and chocolate sauce, coffee and tea are optional, the room is very good, the front desk staff is very good, I was sick one day before I left. I bought a dinner for me and sent it to the room. Thank you very much.

The room is good, price is reasonable, location is great just walking distance to beach, bar, restaurant, this location is recommended to stay during trip in Bali. Very convenient, lively. The minus is the shower room on 1st floor is only 1 available, lift is not working. I can say the toilet is clean but I stayed in hostel that has better cleanliness. To the property, please do not clean the room too early, it is noisy and disturbing guest that starting to sleep after the night life in Bali.

I liked it and I was very quiet and quiet and relaxed. But I was moved to the same hotel but the other hotel there was more tourists and the sounds of every night there was bad sleep but the day and the second floor on the roof for yoga was good . And the first and second hotel I liked in the first in this kind of beautiful and space more

Really amazing staff who tried their best in the face of some adversity. Bali is a special place where all the troubles and tribulations of every day life can instantly dissolve. Chill House is not perfect and the main problem is … age. It’s been around for ever with no real upgrades. Some guests will love this “old” ambiance but it’s not really for everyone … although rates are lower than other options. Plumbing and hot water were an issue in bathrooms but the staff were very happy and helpful to assist in making room changes. It’s truly a great experience for some but not so suitable for others. One strong point is the vegetation on the property is great and hides many flaws. The geckos are cute but not for everyone. Some will be agitated by this. As always, any issues we had were met with gracious smiles and efficient hospitality. The location is a couple of kilometers inland from the beach so it’s relatively quiet yet has some cool restaurants west of the hotel such as TYGR, one of my favorites. With ride hailing services such as Grab and Gojek, getting around is easier than ever. More regular training should be arranged for staff; they confused the bed cover ends so the bottom (the open part) was where the head should be. Frequently found hair from other guests on newly changed bed sheets.
