I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

Kangcheng Kawabata mentioned the hot springs of Xiusan Temple three times in the short story ”The Dancer of Izu”. Before we set off for Japan, we decided to add a berth and two meals to the ghost's habitat in the second half of our newlywed trip, one to experience the traditional Japanese soup culture, and the other to relieve fatigue for the first half of the trip.
From Tokyo, the Shanyang Line to Sandao transfer, three hours to the hot spring town of Zhongyizu. Unlike the downtown, the flowing water, Nana breeze, the breath of nature makes people feel very comfortable when they get off the bus. The hotel has been waiting at the station in advance. The driver master introduced us to the attractions, the room (we booked the mountain section, after talking about it, you can look at the water, see if you want to change) and the dining arrangement. His humor makes the transfer journey very pleasant and short.
In terms of service, the whole process is meticulous, there is a Chinese brother at the front desk, and the check-in is also very smooth. At the same time, I noticed that the driver master had a special explanation with the front desk after learning that we were newlyweds. So thank you for the ”kill to die” that the hotel offers, including flowers, two free drinks and desserts.
In terms of rooms, the whole hotel is very elegant. After comparison, although the soup pool in Qingshui is larger, we prefer the room type and mountain view of Shanke. Combining Zen decoration design and furniture, we enjoy this hot spring trip very much.
In terms of dining, whether it is dinner or breakfast, kaiseki cuisine is very exquisite. While experiencing the fresh food in the season, you can feel the chef's understanding and making, pursuit and ingenuity in terms of taste, ingredients, appearance, etc., only 40 years old is really very young.
In terms of environment, before two o'clock, we went to the town for a walk. The sunflower is a local specialty. This can be taken away from the buckwheat noodles, the sunflower ice cream can be tasted, etc. You can feel it. I especially recommend the buckwheat noodles of the Temple そば (refreshing, fragrant and delicious) Ice cream with Tan Nai (next to the foot bath soup pool, you can soak your feet while blowing the hair while eating dessert).
Overall, this hot spring trip has become a very good memory for us, looking forward to the future opportunity to come again.

I was able to stay at the first stay, the special floor ”tosaemon”. It was hard to understand the reservation method, and even if I wanted to book a special floor A in the official site, I was able to book only B, but I was satisfied as I hoped. It is comfortable for the customer as the previous reputation, and the staff from Vietnam is satisfied with the hard work of the front. The hot water of the source hanging was just good, and the room bath was satisfactory with all the large wooden stones. The meal was able to enjoy wasabi in the private room both morning and evening. It is an inn that can be well prepared by ”secret bath Roman” in advance, and it is more than expected. It seems that 'Shirakabe no sho' has been renewed to 'Shirakabe', and the inside of the building and the yukata are 'Shirakabe no sho', but all of the appearance of the building is beautiful. However, the building is large and maze, and there are many up and down, and the arrangement of the room is a little dissatisfied. The special lounge is also slow and satisfying, but if you want to go to the cocktail time after 17 o'clock, it is the best if you have nuts. For us, you can meet the highest evaluation inn after a long time and designate it to a new inn.

We had the most wonderful time at Ochiairo! I came here for a birthday trip with my husband and best friend and we stayed in the spacious Aofuji room overlooking the river. The spatial arrangement offered more than enough space and privacy for 3 people and probably 2 couples or a family and kids. The white noise lulled us to sleep every night and it was simply magical. The international staff was so helpful to us. While we don’t speak Japanese, they did their best to understand and attend to us and it all worked out. They went above and beyond making my birthday feel very special. It was the small details that really mattered - ensuring that we had bikes and activities arranged the night before, coming to our room to teach me how to wear my yukata when I asked them to help, and even cleaning out and lovingly packaging some souvenir bento containers we arrived with when they saw them in our mini fridge! Everything about this place is just so beautiful. A few notes: - THE BATHS! When I tell you that I screamed when I saw the cave and private onsen in particular - just trust that they cannot be missed. - We are all tattooed - one of us significantly so. They have small tattoo covers but ask that you do cover them in the main bath areas (I only know this because I asked and they were incredibly polite about the advice) - We brought tattoo cover but in case you don’t want to bother, please take advantage of the absolutely stunning outdoor private baths - The food is great and eat dinner in sitting rooms upstairs (not served in your room) - You get unlimited drinks (alcoholic and otherwise) and snacks which was another pleasant surprise because they are so tasty! - The koi fish in the front swim up to you and follow you around with such enthusiasm. It’s as if they’re little pond puppies. The staff allowed us to feed them so if interested, please ask. - Don’t miss the swing next to the suspension bridge! - While I loved our room - please note that there is an abandoned hotel directly across the river from it. Kind of ruined the “I am communing with nature” vibes but it was fine in the long run. I could go on, but just trust that this place is just exceptional!

I was looking for an inn with an open-air bath, a view of the sea, or the murmuring of the river, and ended up at this villa. The semi-open-air bath on the 2nd floor of the maisonette type is surrounded by green trees, and you can bathe while overlooking the river, which is really soothing. It was nice to have sofas on the terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors. My husband and I had brought work with us during our stay, but we enjoyed working on the computer indoors and on the terrace, taking a bath when we got tired, taking a walk around the lawn for a change of pace, and having a free drink at the Taishokan. Did. Looking at the reviews, we didn't have high expectations for the food, but when we actually ate it, the fish and meat were gently seasoned to bring out the flavor of the fresh ingredients, and the vegetables were sweet, so it really suited our tastes. . Also, I was impressed with the smoothie-like vegetable juice that I had for breakfast, which was made with soy milk and amazake. Most importantly, all the staff were kind, and they responded to each request carefully, so I was able to stay comfortably. It is an inn that I want to visit again.

I chose this hotel when I went to Izu for vacation. The open-air hot spring is great. When I soaked in the hot spring at night, I saw the stars twinkling in the sky and heard the crow of wild deer. A very suitable hotel for vacation and relaxation. It is worth noting that dinner needs to be reserved in advance.

I used it for the wedding anniversary celebration.
I've seen it in a magazine before, and I've been worried about it all the time, and this time I was able to ask my long-cherished wish come true.
The room, the food and the staff were able to spend a very good time with two people more than expected.
The facility name LOQUAT means ”Biwa”, and there is a ”Shirabiwa” that can only be seen in this area on the premises.
When I heard it at dinner, I thought it was a nice story, but after checking out, I asked the staff to suggest that it was the season, and I had a harvest experience.
It was a very enjoyable and valuable experience.
He also experiences making biwa sake, which seems to be very interesting.
In the future, I am very looking forward to increasing the number of 々 experience plans.
It is an inn that I want to visit again on an important day.

GGuest User■ Location Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. About 7 minutes on foot from Shuzenji Onsen Station on the route bus. Large high-rise inn. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.
GGuest UserI stayed with my family because I had a meal in a private room and had an open-air bath in my room. It is in the back of Shuzenji Onsen Town and is a quiet environment. When I arrived at the inn, I received a welcome drink service in the lounge. The room was very large and barrier free. The semi open-air bath was large enough for children and two people, and the washroom was large and easy to use. The bedroom and Japanese room were spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are available in a private room, and each dish is added for a while and is great. The lady and the chef were also greeted and impressed by the hospitality. The chef brought the shiitake mushroom log and ate it with the butter baking of shiitake mushroom, but it was exquisite. The young woman who took charge 々 was also very kind and felt very good. I would like to repeat it again.
AAlanThe place is amazing, own onsen in your room, and there is an amazing view of Fuji. The only problem is that there any restaurants for this hotel that doesn’t require a reservation prior to your check in, so if you need any food, you need to go to the hotel next-door. Other than that is a very good experience, very spacious room for your family or your friend, and it’s a great chance for you to get near nearer
to the nature.
GGuest UserI was able to spend very comfortable between arrival and departure. It's a short walk to the hot spring town, so I could take a walk to the bamboo diameter before dinner or go to Shuzenji Temple, which opens at 5 in the morning. It was a little far from the map than other inns with the same price and I was wondering which one to choose, but there was no problem with the distance to sightsee. Employees 々 treatment, semi-open-air (hot spring) rooms with forest views, comfortable bedding, specialty products from various places are used, and all of them were delicious. The sleeping bath in the large communal bath was really a lie down and it was my first experience. The fresh flowers and furnishings in the well-maintained garden were also impressive. The bath towels and amenities in the room are colored with embroidery and seals, and where did you put your toothbrush and cup that you often use during your trip? It didn't work, and even if I hung the towel I used, it was good to know which of myself was embroidered in the color. This was my first time with such a service and I was happy with the consideration.
GGuest UserThe plan was changed from Minami Izu to Nishi Izu where the sea situation calmed down in diving. In the middle of that, I chose it because there was a vacant place where the meal was cut by 10000 yen per person with a luxurious 2 meal at the hot spring inn in a hurry. The amount of hot water springs seems to be the largest in Nishi Izu, and the open-air baths are very large and luxurious. However, when you look at the ingredients of the hot springs, it seems that they use circulation and disinfection. It is written as a 180,000 liter spring in a day, and 7,500 liter of hot water is springing out even in an hour, but why? But there was no smell like disinfectant in the hot water. The meal is also luxurious with many seafood including abalone and many small bowls for this price. However, the main sashimi that can be seen most is not a local seafood, and the taste is now one. Because of the relatively large hot spring inn, there are many employees and very polite service, and the room and dining room are luxurious. Because it is DOI Onsen facing the sea, I chose it with expectation of hot springs and seafood, but only two bad points were about the eye, but from the accommodation cost, it is a wonderful temperature above the price even if two points are deducted It is no doubt that it is a spring inn!
神神游小哈The location is slightly biased, so there may be fewer foreign guests in the hotel, mainly locals. The view of the room is a selling point. It faces the sea from Mt. Fuji. The open air is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. There are not many places to stroll around and it is not convenient to not drive. The hotel's food is very good, it is a combination of Japanese and French, and the display is very beautiful. The service attitude is very good, that is, the overall English level is slightly poor, and the communication is slightly difficult.
GGuest UserThere is a large Japanese-style room with a robata-style table, a view of the ocean from the verandah, and a hot spring bath attached to the room. There is a bed in the back and it is partitioned off, so I think it is a suite room in a hotel. The hot spring was probably from a source, but it was quite hot, so I filled it up with water. In addition to the hot springs that come with rooms, there are two private hot springs that require reservations, but perhaps because there were not many guests staying at the hotel, they were empty and I was able to bathe in both of them even without making a reservation. The meal was creative kaiseki, so a variety of dishes were served, with a focus on seafood. They also have many types of local sake, and I was able to drink a lot of them. The menu changes every month. For breakfast, in addition to a variety of small dishes, we chose our favorite dried fish. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, so you can take a walk even out of season. At night, the sky was full of stars and we even saw shooting stars. It may have been a day when there were not many guests, but the check-in and check-out procedures went smoothly without any problems and we didn't meet any other guests. To be honest, it was my first time to be taken care of by foreigners at this type of inn, but everyone was very welcoming. If you think about it, just because it's a Japanese-style inn doesn't mean that Japanese people have to serve customers. This is a matter of taste, so if you don't like customer service unless you're Japanese, I don't think we'll meet your expectations. Also, this time I was brought here by an acquaintance, so I didn't actively research information about this inn beforehand, but it seems that there have been ownership changes and renewal openings in the past, and that it is still in use today. I think that's why past evaluations have varied. The price is not at a reasonable level, so I don't know if I will be able to come here often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.
AApple mamaFacilities: The room and hotel facilities are very complete. The hotel has restaurants, shops, hot springs, and you can also enjoy the swimming pool and hot springs of the nearby Marriott Hotel
Hygiene: clean management
Environment: comfortable, very peaceful
Service: The only disadvantage is that the hotel does not have an elevator, you have to move your luggage by yourself, and there are no staff helpers
The front desk staff is very patient to answer and explain all questions👍
