GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the Miebashi Monorail Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also only about an 8-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, with popular spots like Torikizoku and Danbo Ramen along the way.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, without that old, worn-out feeling. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special, and the variety wasn't extensive.
Upon check-in, you get two bottles of water, and toiletries can be self-served on the first floor. Overall, the service attitude was good.
A nice highlight is the outdoor swimming pool, which is open during the summer.
I recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient if you are in Naha on vacation, close to restaurants, a monorail station and the bus station. The services that the hotel provides are good, in particular the pyjamas and slippers they offer for free, and it is commendable their effort to have the bathrooms always impeccable. As a negative point, I must say that the mattresses are extremely hard.

JJingaoxianshengFacilities: First off, the large public bath on the 13th floor of the hotel is fantastic in my opinion! It was so refreshing to come back every day and have a good soak.
Environment: Right outside, just across the pedestrian bridge, is the bus terminal, making it super convenient to get anywhere! Walk a little further and you'll reach the Asahibashi monorail station. Getting to Kokusai Street took about 10 minutes, so it was also very handy for buying souvenirs!

We stumbled upon Southwest Grand Hotel due to a last-minute flight change, and what a blessing in disguise it turned out to be! Our extra day in Okinawa became one of the most memorable parts of our trip—all thanks to this incredible hotel.

The room was modern, chic, and absolutely Instagram-worthy. I even turned it into a mini photo studio and captured some beautiful family portraits of my wife and our 3-month-old baby. My wife was over the moon with the results!

The breakfast spread was phenomenal—offering both Western and Japanese options, all bursting with flavor. The cheese selection and homemade yogurt with honey were standouts. Don’t miss them!

Overall, our experience at Southwest Grand Hotel was truly delightful. Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!

GGuest UserThe room was great, clean and tidy. Downstairs, there's a self-service laundry machine, a dryer, and a water dispenser with an ice maker. They provide large pitchers and cups for water. Breakfast was very rich and delicious, and we had a sea-view room.

羅羅羅123I've stayed at this hotel all three times I've been to Okinawa, and it's fantastic! 😍 There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori and the station. Everything is easily accessible on foot, which is super convenient. The rooms are clean, although the view from my room wasn't great on my second and third visits, but it was still a very good stay overall. 👍

GGuest UserStay there for 3 nights. It’s a great option to stay in Naha, Okinawa. First, is the location, it’s only 3 minutes walk from Asahibashi station, 5 minutes walk to Bus terminal, and 20 minutes by train(metro) from airport. The second is the place itself. The room was exactly the same as advertise. It was clean, pretty fresh. The room had a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, and a washer/drier unit (plus laundry detergent). More like a mini studio, then a hotel room. Also, there is no everyday cleaning (maybe for additional fee). Only one of the staff spoke English, but they all try to do their best to communicate. Majority of information already translated to English. But for some items, for example, ac unit, washer/ driver, I used Google Translater (wasn’t convenient, but possible). The internet was good too, even stream Netflix without problem.
