Hat Yai Hotels with Bars

This is our second time visit this hotel in Hatyai 👍 A hotel with a very Thai feel , the bed in this hotel is incredibly comfortable; I always sleep soundly until morning.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the train station, commercial area, and night market, so it might not be convenient for everyone to walk back and forth. However, you can easily walk to the nearby Green Road Night Market to explore and grab a bite. The room is spacious, but the downside is that I had to re-enter the Wi-Fi username and password whenever I was offline for a while, which was quite inconvenient.

I would like to propose a new approach to the booking process. Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. What matters is the booking number that we present. The guest who checks in can simply use their own name, as long as it matches their ID card or passport, that should be sufficient. There is no need for us to contact or disturb the guest just to ask for their name, especially since sometimes the booking may be made up to 12 hours in advance. Therefore, I would like to suggest that we improve this process by applying a Kaizen approach. Nowadays, we should prioritize convenience in the booking process. Booking should not require the guest’s full name in advance. I would also like to raise another point. In the airline industry, passengers can complete online booking and even online check-in, despite having very strict security systems. However, in the hotel industry, I do not understand why online check-in is still not fully implemented. Why is that? I have no complaints about this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and like the room very much. Rooms is big , the mattress/ pillow is superb , and the aircond is super cold. The carpark at behind the hotel is half a football field size , so totally no pblm if u drive. I will stay again.

The experience is good, very good, the house is very clean, not as wet as the beach, and the boss’s service is also very good. I know that it’s raining and give an umbrella specially for me.

This hotel is ok with the price , I can see it is well maintained . Even they had gone through the largest flood disaster last year . I chose not to haveng breakfast with my stay here because there are many good foods surrounding 😅 . I hope you do all the best , fighting ....🤟

The 7-Eleven downstairs is super convenient, and it's very close to the Lee Garden Night Market too.

As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

Very good place quite.. for shopping and food you need go to near Lee garden hotel about 60 baht for tok tok… weekday you need get early morning for breakfast otherwise all the tourists will grab it.. overall good recommend to others mostly for family is save and also save car parks.now onwards I will only booking there…

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.
