Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

The rooms were nice, clean, right size, very friendly customer service and they prepared porridge, fried mee hoon and free flow of drinks (hot drinks making machine) and pineapple biscuits too. You also can make a hot pot of tea too. All free I really love when we reached our room after 7pm and the room air-condition were on for us but only for the 1st night. Hope they will continue to on it whenever someone booked the rooms and that will be a great services to us. The only complaint I would want to make is that they found the towel dirty and took photo telling me that I might need to pay but frankly, I did not check all the towels so I replied to them that Ive no idea of the dirt as I did not check.anyway is just a small misunderstanding. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Had great underground parking. Hotel is clean. Design does feel a little dated but it’s super comfy. Aircond is super cold!

Location wise is good. Right beside the hotel is mini BigC, and around 5 minutes walk, there is 7E. In the morning, there is a lot of local restaurant that serve a great food. Cleanliness of the room is also 100%. There is hugeeee parking for your car.

While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

Hotel in strategic location which have 7eleven, restaurant in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean but a bit ”old school” style. Price in trip.com slightly expensive then purchase from travel agent.

It's within walking distance from the station. The staff, including the cleaning staff, are all kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and a little old, but it's no problem at all!

The room is clean and the bed is okay. There are towels provided for the whole room. There is one TV and one air conditioner, but I feel that people who sleep next to the door don't get affected much. But it's good that the accommodation provides a fan. However, the problem is that walking the stairs is a bit tiring because the stairs are steep and next to the accommodation there is a pub. At night, it's very loud. My friends said they couldn't sleep at all, but it's good. It's not far from the city. If the noise isn't an issue, I'm okay because I wear headphones anyway.
