This hotel in the hot air balloon town is super convenient. The front desk helped us book a car to Salda Lake, airport shuttle, and hot air balloon rides – all without prior reservations, which was amazing! Their breakfast is delicious, with rose jam and flatbread. I even made my own 'hand-grabbed' pancake, totally satisfying my Chinese palate. I also made milk tea with milk and Turkish black tea, adding a bit of honey, and it tasted exactly like Hong Kong milk tea – I'm quite the foodie! The only issue is that the facilities are a bit old, but not dirty. Honestly, most other guesthouses and hotels in this town are pretty average anyway, so this one stands out as the best of a bad bunch and is definitely worth considering. The restaurants in this town are all terrible and surprisingly more expensive than in the capital. The same menu items are miles apart from what you'd find in Istanbul. Except for one Chinese restaurant owned by a Shanghainese boss, located between the town entrance and a bunch of A*** hotels. We ate there twice in 3 days and were so satisfied – the Sichuan cuisine was incredibly authentic! A special warning about the Pamukkale thermal spring entrance tickets: there's a scam! The ticket office at the park entrance brazenly scams people. It's supposed to be 30 euros per ticket, but they try to trick you by saying they don't accept euros, only Turkish Lira – this was the first time we encountered not being able to pay in euros in Turkey. My husband suggested paying by card. After swiping, the staff member said he'd give us two headphones for an audio guide inside the park. I suddenly remembered seeing this scam mentioned in a Xiaohongshu guide. The headphone cost is actually built into the card payment! I quickly calculated how much we'd just been charged. It turned out they charged us 75 euros for two tickets, which is 15 euros more than the original 60 euros. Was I crazy to pay 15 euros for two crappy headphones? I immediately demanded a refund, firmly telling him I didn't want the headphones. After receiving the refund, we paid again for 60 euros. I'm writing this in my review hoping other visitors don't get scammed! Throughout Turkey, including Istanbul airport's metro card booths and the Grand Bazaar, scams are prevalent. Always be wary of strangers striking up conversations and ignore them! Absolutely do not let locals help you operate the card machines! They will secretly buy an extra card for themselves because metro cards can also be used at convenience stores! Prices in the Grand Bazaar are 10 times higher than in regular supermarkets! Do not go in there! It's Turkey's version of a 'cutting cake' scam. Before picking items, we'd ask for the price, and they'd just say it's by weight, without telling us the price per box. After they packed and weighed it, they demanded 800,000 Korean won, which is equivalent to three nights' accommodation in a Spanish hotel! They then tried to guilt-trip us, saying that since it was already packed, we couldn't refuse to pay or put it back. I told them to call the police because it was a scam and I wouldn't pay a single cent! We stood there for half an hour. They were big and tall, clearly trying to bully Asians. But seeing how resolute I was, they eventually let me go. These scams are mostly in tourist areas; we didn't encounter them in regular residential areas, where there are generally more good people. But definitely be on guard in tourist spots!

The sanitation is OK, but there are not many types of breakfast. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage to the second or third floor. It is a seven or eight minute drive from Pamukkale. The hotel can help you book a hot air balloon. There will be a car to pick you up at the hotel entrance at five or six in the morning, and then take you back to the hotel after the hot air balloon ride.

It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!

The swimming pool and breakfast are the highlights of this place. The food options are incredibly diverse and delicious. The staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and friendly. However, our room was not very clean. There were even flies, 7 or 8 flies. The reception staff were also not very polite or understanding. We asked to move our baby’s crib from one room to another, but they started to complain and mumble. Lastly, the water bottles are extremely expensive. A small bottle costs 100TL, while in other hotels we stayed in, it was around 40TL. Despite these issues, the location is great for those traveling to South Gate in Pamukkale.

Firstly, he has been a manager in the tourism sector for years and has travelled a number of thermal hotels. The renovated general areas of the hotel have to be cleaned and maintained and the pool staff have to be provided with the spa lobby, restaurant hamam sauna, but the thermals have to be all-purpose. The restaurant service is quite wide and you will certainly find something that suits your enjoyment. The negative aspects are the free of tea coffee water, including dining hours. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. I actually booked this place thinking it was a hotel in the Pamukkale area (I don't know why I mistakenly thought that). After comparing it with other accommodations in Pamukkale, I ultimately chose this one. Since it's still winter, there's an outdoor pool, but it won't be open. I was hoping it had a famous hot spring in Pamukkale. This place has a large communal hot spring on the first floor, and each room can use the hot spring water. The red color of the bathtub in the bathroom photo is due to the hot spring water. When you turn on the faucet, 60-degree hot spring water gushes out, filling it up quickly. The other facilities and service are impeccable. The owner, Osman, and (probably) his sister are charming, yet attentive. They helped me book a hot air balloon and made it affordable. Osman's witty father is also always willing to answer any questions I have. He even gave me a ride to the bus stop on my way to Pamukkale. The Turkish breakfast is clean and plentiful. I barely managed to finish it after munching on coffee for over an hour, receiving over five refills. As I mentioned earlier, this isn't Pamukkale, but a village slightly north of it called Karahayt. It was a mistake, but I realized I'd made the right choice after reaching Pamukkale. Pamukkale is so well-known that it's a bit busier and more crowded, while this place is a bit further away, quieter, but still offers a friendly, secluded countryside atmosphere. After a very comfortable two nights, I checked out and headed to Antalya. Thank you, Osman Family.

The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again. I recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

Positive review: The room was clean, and the breakfast and dinner were plentiful. Negative review: When I went to the hot spring, they asked where I was from. If I said China, they demanded I buy a swimming cap for 100 lira, otherwise they wouldn't let me in. But I saw many foreigners weren't wearing swimming caps. It was strange; it was discriminatory treatment.
