didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again. My wife, our one-year-old, and I were headed to Pamukkale, but we heard the thermal springs there weren't very hot, so we were recommended this place instead.
