Samarkand Hotels with Bars

We arrived late, they checked us in very quickly. The room matches the photo. The room has slippers, a dental kit, tea, coffee, water, and air conditioning. There is cola and fanta in the fridge. The breakfast is decent, very tasty plums, porridge, and samsa. The staff is attentive to guests.

The hotel is relatively close to the station, about a 20-minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a rather upscale hotel. It's also not far from nearby attractions, which are quite enjoyable and won't get boring even after multiple visits.

Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

Новый отель - меньше года постройки. Оцениваем на 4+ хотя достаточного много моментов, которые можно улучшить. Сразу скажу были в начале января и был минус на улице, вполне возможно часть проблем когда тепло Вы не заметите: 1) одно утро не было горячей воды. Она и так идёт не сразу, но тут дождаться не удалось 2). Держатель для душа установлен на высоте больше 2х метров. Дети не дотянуться. 3) над уборкой надо работать - какой то грязный коврик из прихожей положили в ванную. Это было очень странно - свернули в трубочку и убрали из вида. Вообще уборка не очень. Например не выбросили переполненную урну. 4) на завтрак надо приходить в куртке и шапке. Очень холодно. Зачем то стоит кондей на 16 градусов и дует на все помещение. Персонал (повара) тоже в куртках В любом случае это все исправимо, и когда тепло думаю кроме уборки остальное будет незаметно. Да кому важно - в нашем номере было очень маленькое окошко очень высоко. This hotel had wonderful staff service. The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other. When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member. Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free. In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax. I would like to return to Samarkand. When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

Trip.com The picture is real, the hotel is very new and very clean. In the alleys of the residential area, it is very quiet. But the disadvantages are also a bunch. First, there are very few hot dishes for breakfast, including white rice, fried eggs, sausage and oatmeal, without it. Moreover, the WiFi signal in the room is almost 0. If you want to use WiFi, you need to move a stool to sit at the door of the room or on the toilet before you have a signal. WiFi in the bed and desk area is equivalent to 0 signal. At least 4 staff members have been seen at the front desk, 2 men and 2 women. The male front desk service attitude is very poor, see you smile, but I have to mention the needs, such as opening a room card, helping to check WiFi, I will find various reasons to cancel and continue to play with my mobile phone, even if I don't bother to look at you. The female front desk is very good. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Most people park their car less than half a meter below the window on the first floor. The glass is soundproof. Although the alley is very quiet, chatting and starting the car sound at two or three in the middle of the night will wake you from your sleep. Among the above shortcomings, the most noteworthy is the WiFi problem in this store. They did not check the front desk and admitted that their WiFi did have signal problems and could not be improved. It is estimated that many guests have complained. If you have the need to use WiFi for office, please book this store carefully.

Always my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
