The only difficulty we still face is that we cannot communicate with them. We have asked many times for our invoice and we managed to receive it after one month and a half with wrong names and details. They do not respond on the phones, mails and messages.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile all'arrivo in reception. Il monolocale dove ho soggiornato (per 3 persone) era un po' strettino ma si è stati discretamente bene sebbene debba precisare che, fondamentalmente, lo si usava solo per dormire la notte. Non è pulitissimo ma molto silenzioso. Se ci si accontenta può andar bene.

Dont trust the pictures! The place looks new & renovated, but it is not! Not worth the money! The place is worn down, desperetely needs renovation & a major cleaning! Everything is unclean: even the walls & inside part of the drawers are stained, iron, kettle - everything is dirty. The bathroom & the shower cabin in particular is disgusting & literally falling apart. Basic necessities are missing for a comfortable stay such as a simple hook to put your coat at the entrance or shelves to put toiletries in the shower. Wifi was not working for 2 days, and when it was the connection was very poor. Good things: the location, the bed & matress are quite comfy & the host speaking English. But definitely not worth the money. On top of it, the host accusing me that i make things up, while the pictures speak for themselves.
