We really enjoyed our week stay at hotel Maximilian, lovely location 10/15min walk from bardolino along the water front and 5mins from the little cisano in the opposite direction, restaurant which is part of the hotel is brilliant and very lucky to have it on the premises always bus my which can only be a good sign. Staff are friendly and rooms clean with lovely view of the lake, would definitely come back.

Ottima la posizione, con una piacevole passeggiata lungo lago, in 15/20 minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro di Bardolino. Ristorante e piscina molto belli. La colazione buona e ricca. Il personale molto gentile. La nostra stanza un po' piccola (forse non vale il prezzo pagato).

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren bis dato immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal haben wir allerdings ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer bekommen , dann wurde uns ein Upgrade angeboten, allerdings gegen Aufpreis. Da wir bereits schon eine beachtliche Summe für das Hotel gezahlt haben, haben wir uns dagegen entschieden. Dann wurde uns ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, welches okay aber unsauber war. Das Frühstück und der Pool in diesem Hotel sind toll, allerdings hätten wir uns etwas mehr entgegenkommen vom Hotel Personal gewünscht. Das war sicherlich unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel

Room 105 is extremely humid. I stayed at this hotel with other family members (who were in other rooms) and they all confirmed my room was very humid and smelled of mold. I notified the reception. They sent a technician who checked the AC but said there weren’t any issues. Throughout my stay all my clothes and bedsheets were moist and the humidity made it difficult to sleep. I didn’t get any type of compensation even though I’ve had to through away some of my clothes cause they smelled of mold after this. Using the shower will flood the bedrooms. The rest of the hotel is ok. Breakfast is good and pool area is nice. One of the receptionists is rude. Also, they have a cage with quite a few birds. So sad to see that a hotel treats animals like that.

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The pool is perfect temperature with lots of sun loungers. Towels and bedding changed frequently and maids services were good. The restaurant is lovely with a varied menu, pizzas are huge and delicious. The decor is quirky and unusual but very chic. Breakfast is continental style with lots of variety (no hot food). All staff were very friendly and available to help. Location is 10 min walk into Cesano or 25 min along the lake into Bardolino. The only slight gripe was no British TV channel and TVs are old and don't connect to other smart devices. WiFi signal however is decent.

Lovely stay ,excellent location ,good breakfast, helpful friendly staff . Very busy good restaurant. Room cleaned every day. The lake and surrounding area is gorgeous. Plenty of good eating places. Easy buses 5 minutes walk. Each little town visited was beautiful.
