Deberian mejorar las bebidas alcholicas y no alcohólicas. La mayoría de ellas son muy dulces y no saben bien. Los aires de las habitaciones 4108 y 4113 no enfriaba n casi nada. Hacía un calor horrible. No pudimos dormir bien. Quiero agradecer a los siguientes empleados por su excelente servicio. Moisés de la barra donde está la piscina frente al restaurante Español. A Domingo en el buffet del restaurante Colonial que me preparaba los omelette. Carlito el mesero de ese mismo restaurante que nos atendía excelente y a Chimbala uno de los animadores del teatro donde hacen los shows muy simpático y servicial.

OMGoodness. We had bugs in the liquor bottles, room smelled of mold and liquid sewage on some days. I had to wash every piece of unworn clothing and steam the luggage because the stench of the room carried in our stuff home. I was serious concerned we would have lung issues after we returned home. The staff was rude and the grounds were dirty, cleanliness is Not on their agenda. We went to the Riu resort next store and it was amazing, we could not change even if we paid the difference which was very upsetting. We were willing to pay double just to get out of our room. 7004. Yuck!! never again!!
