Find the Best Hotels Near Beach in Douglas

Had a lovely stay at Arrandale apartments. The apartment was spacious & had everything we needed. It was in a great location, a short walk from the centre of Douglas. There is a handy Tesco Express nearby and a bigger Tesco about 15 mins walk away. They were very flexible with early check in and late check out to suit our flights.

Stayed in a room overlooking the atrium gardens. This is a unique and beautiful space with a fish pond which my son was mesmerised by. These rooms also have an internal balcony overlooking the atrium which is a lovely feature. The bathroom was shiny new and immaculate. Some parts of the hotel are dated and a bit tired. It’s nice to have a swimming pool but it is very small so if there’s more than about 7 people in it they can’t let you in. Good choice at breakfast buffet of different fruits, pasties and usual cereals and hot items. Service at the desk and breakfast is friendly and welcoming. Guys at the bar didn’t smile, maybe just trying to be cool.

Pleasant friendly staff we arrived early and were allowed in our room before the check in time sorted our transport back to the airport when we were leaving. Excellent and thank you very much for.
