Amazing
QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea!
The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good.
However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!
GGuest UserWe stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening.
Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.
EExpatThis hotel is centrally located near the beach. It’s a short walk to the main street and there’s lots of restaurants and pubs nearby.
South Korea does not necessarily have all the bathroom amenities that one might need and I was prepared with those things. This hotel had everything that I needed personally, and I think the drawback was the fact that the area streets are a little bit odd.
Because I stayed at this hotel during their holiday alongside my own Chinese holiday, I understand that staff hours might be cut. However, the room that was advertised on the website is not necessarily the one in the building I stayed in. They own two hotel buildings across the street and the lobby of the newer one is a lot nicer. Staff has limited hours and my room looked different than the pictures.
although it’s good they’re expanding within the area, I actually wish I would’ve stayed in the other building. The building I stayed in was a little bit older and that’s probably because the price I paid. Regardless, photos between the two buildings need to be more accurate.
when I did see staff, they were very friendly and helpful for the answering of questions I had. I really loved the beach area and felt it was fine for one night. I can tell that a lot of families like the area as well.
GGuest UserThey assigned us a room at the very end of the hallway. I'm not sure if this is what people mean when they say Chinese guests get rooms at the back, but since it still had a sea view, I didn't bother arguing. There's a bus stop right downstairs where you can catch the 1003 directly to Busan Station. The location is pretty good overall. They also provide bottled water and disposable toothbrushes.
MM52625****The hotel environment is excellent. Our sea-view room offered a great view of the ocean. It's about a five-minute walk to the Capsule Train and a ten-minute walk to the beach. Taxis are also very easy to get. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant has a beautiful ambiance.
MMitaosufaThis hotel is super convenient for concerts at BEXCO; it's just across the road! The airport bus goes straight there, and the subway is also very accessible. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores, plus an Olive Young right at the intersection. It's also easy to walk to Lotte and Shinsegae. You don't even need to transfer subway lines to get to Gwangalli or Haeundae. I'll definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserExcellent hostel!
The cleanliness is not perfect, but that's not a big deal.
The room has its own toilet with a SMART TOILET, Karl!!
And the view from the window!!! The sea is splashing nearby.
The kitchen has everything, the necessary equipment is available.
I highly recommend it to undemanding citizens!
PPang cindySunset Hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel.
The price is very reasonable, and the service is good.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Haeundae. There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, and the Haeundae Night Market is just nearby, making everything very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away.
The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a bathtub. My children loved it and wanted to play in the water every day.
The staff were very kind and thoughtful. They helped us book a late-night taxi for our return journey. I was short of 2,000 Korean won, and one staff member kindly paid it for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much — He is a very kind person.
AAnonymous UserThere was hair on the bed when I checked in, but it was too late and I was too tired to bother asking for a change of sheets. The outer room is very spacious, with a kitchen and a large multi-purpose table. The inner room has a bed and a wardrobe. Breakfast was decent. The beach is just across the road, and there's a snack street right downstairs.
GGuest UserThe location was a little hard to find, but it was within walking distance from the station. There's also a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and plenty of dining options like cafeterias, plus shopping opportunities. With so many cafes around, it's really great for tourists.
The interior was very clean, and having Netflix and a bathtub makes it especially appealing for Japanese guests. The illuminated vanity mirror was also a very convenient touch.
One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order, so those with heavy luggage should be aware. Also, the bed was a bit on the firm side. Other than that, everything was perfect!
