KKeaidedudu616Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was quite poor. There was hair in the bathroom and urine stains in the toilet.
Service: When checking in, the front desk initially told us that because we had booked separately, one night was for a standard room and the other for a sea-view room. After checking multiple times, they insisted this was the case and that we'd need to pay a price difference to stay in the same room. Only after I showed her my itinerary did she realize her mistake, saying there was someone with the same name. Still, I recommend all you ladies carry your itineraries when traveling, just in case.
Surrounding Environment: The hotel entrance is a bit small, located between a BMW dealership and McDonald's. However, dining and shopping are quite convenient, with a pedestrian street nearby. The beach here isn't as crowded as Gwangalli. At a price of 1500+, I wouldn't highly recommend it.

GGuest UserEnvironment: The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway station building. The views from the high floors are beautiful. The room is like a serviced apartment, much more spacious than what you'd find in Seoul. The surrounding area is great for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach.

GGuest UserThe reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even providing a complimentary Chinese map. Our room on the 7th floor was quite spacious. From the balcony, we had lovely views of the inner bay and a large sports/fitness complex, which gave the area a lively, local feel. Downstairs, there's a seafood BBQ; the eel and shellfish were on the pricey side, but they were definitely very fresh.

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

MmelissasunshineWe had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space.
While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges.
On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort.
We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

WWu DaphneThe hotel boasts an excellent location. Gwangbok Fashion Street is right on its doorstep, and the escalator to Busan Tower is just a two-minute walk away. Getting to other attractions by bus is also very convenient.

The bad
- I stayed 4 days and there was only 1x housekeeping. I was told this on check in. But this was not on the booking details. You have to inform them before 1pm each day.
- a semi wet bathroom
- facing the main road, you can hear the vehicles (I was on the 7th floor)
- toiletries are not provided and need to be purchased from vending machine (not a problem but should be listed on booking)
- other than Nampo, and Jalgachi seafood market. There’s not much around, and it’s quite far from everything else in Busan.
- I asked for an extra pillow 1 night, and the front desk said “house keeping has closed for the day”. Ok even if that’s the case, surely they can go into the store room themselves to get me an extra pillow. I wasn’t asking for them to clean or anything.
- this weird vending machine looking thing was also on my counter and it didn’t even work. No clue what it’s for.
