Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Kas

Had an overnight trip and chose this hotel for location which was perfect for visiting the centrum . Hotel was very welcoming and rooms was clean , bed was superbly comfortable and garden view was very quiet to allow for a great nights sleep . Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . Well done Isola 12  for a very pleasant overnight stay and will return again . David & Tina Batchelor .

The lobby is very distinctive, with many motorcycle models and elevators. Breakfast is served on the terrace on the second floor with a nice view and the waiters are very friendly. In the middle of the mountain, our regular room also has a balcony, which can see a part of the sea. There is a police station nearby.

Overall, we liked everything. It's worth noting that the hotel is fairly budget-friendly; five nights cost around 21,000 rubles, which is not bad. What we liked: the hotel is clean, everything is neat, and the rooms are large. The breakfast is quite good, and you can definitely find something to eat. We enjoyed the breakfast. There was no view, just a wall. But we had a classic room. What we didn't like: it was very noisy, and you could hear everything going on in the neighboring houses and in the houses of guests living nearby. Also, in the neighboring building, which had windows facing each other, some washing machines and the like were often running, which also made noise. Also, we were there in early November, which is off-season. There were very few guests at the hotel. However, we weren't allowed to check out later (the young man with dark hair at the reception said we could check out an hour later at most, meaning not 11, but 12). I don't understand this approach.

The hotel is run by a local family. The hotel is located on a peninsula by the sea of Kas. If you rent a car and drive by yourself, it is okay. It would be inconvenient if you don't have a car. The view of the hotel by the sea is okay, the room facilities are simple, and there is breakfast. I booked two rooms on Ctrip. I just booked a single room and am about to book a double room. The web page shows that the room is in short supply, and there is no room at that price. Then I checked the page and the more expensive room rate was booked. I booked a price of more than 300 yuan. Only two rooms and another room were occupied when we checked in, and all the others were unoccupied. The hotel room types are similar, but the prices are much different. The taxes and fees are all 99 yuan. I feel very deceived by Ctrip. We are loyal users of Ctrip, so we can't treat us like this, right? The booking this time was very heart-warming!

Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.
