Niet heengaan! Walgelijk park als je hondeneigenaar bent. Ook worden niet alle rassen geaccepteerd!!! Pas op! Ronduit discriminerend naar hondeneigenaren van “gevaarlijke rassen” slaat natuurlijk nergens op. Echt niet de moeite waard zoveel betere parken in de omgeving.

Einfach nur Ekelhaft und Gesundheitsgefährdend. Bin gerade mit meiner Tochter im Euro Parcs in Beekbergen. Die Unterkunft ist der reinste Horror! Schimmel in einigen Ecken, Wasser läuft neben dem Sicherungskasten für Strom aus. Wurde mit einem Handtuch von dem Mitarbeiter abgedeckt und es tropft und tropft in einem Eimer. Geschirr sowie Besteck und Gläser bei Ankunft verdreckt. Dreckige Bettlacken und Gardinen. Spinnenweben in den Ecken. Fenster beschmiert. Vor allem für mein Kind ist es sehr gesundheitsgefährdend. Auf Beschwerde wird nicht reagiert. Man sieht es auch nicht ein uns eine andere Unterkunft zu geben, geschweige denn einen Preisnachlass. Wir werden zu Hause einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten, der uns unser Geld zurück holen wird. Reichlich Fotos sowie Bildermaterial ist vorhanden. Da kann der Betreiber sich nicht rausreden. Hier auch mal ein paar von den Fotos die wie haben. Für uns war es das erste sowie letzte Mal das wir einen der Euro Parcs besucht haben. Mit Landal oder Center Parcs hatten wir noch nie Probleme. Von uns aus ist der Euro Parcs nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff were helpful and I found the grounds very beautiful. Overall it was a nice stay, although quite a few things were not working properly. The delivery of firewood for the hot tub did not come, so I had to visit a neighboring holiday park to purchase wood. Unfortunately, even after burning an entire bag (about 10 logs) the water never heated up. I tended to the fire carefully and it burned well, but the water remained cold. Half a day wasted on that, which is not so nice. The wood stove inside the tiny house was also not working well. It was okay at first, but after one day it started giving a message that the fuel needed to be replaced. I was quite cold as a result of this, as the electric heating isn’t very strong. Additionally, the outdoor lights were off upon my arrival. Reception sent an electrician to fix them and he did so in a timely manner. It was only difficult on the first night to search for the accommodation in the complete darkness (I nearly fell a few times). Lastly, the sink in the bathroom does not drain. I still had a nice stay, though it could have been more relaxing if everything was working properly and didn’t result in so much wasted time. Pity.

Bad experience with Europarcs. A very dirty 20-person house with many defects, very unsafe for children and a very long way from the swimming pool/shop. Swimming pool was really terribly dirty. Cold showers and no supervision. We won't be back.

Booked a six-person house. Nothing to complain about in the house! Really great. The garden is beautiful. It would have been nice if there was a piece of grass for the children. I have noticed that many houses are occupied by private individuals. In other words, no holidaymakers. The house is located next to the walking forest. For a holiday park with bungalows, I find it strange that there are no catering establishments open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. where you can sit inside and/or outside where the service is also provided. Unfortunately this was not there. There is a terrace with lounge sofas without cushions. Sit a lot better with cushions. As a result, we spent money at Landal on the terrace with lunch, snack and dinner, which is located next to this park.

Stayed in a tiny house. This one was really cute and fun. Everything you need can be found there. The only comment about the house was the weak water pressure in the shower and the creaking of the bed. However, the park itself starts with the receptionist standing there. I think she's the only woman there who is elderly and doesn't like the work she does. You have to experience a lot yourself, it is difficult to find a way around the park and you have to figure out everything else yourself. We haven't been to the park much and thought it would be a shame to spend our money there.

Had a house for 10 people. Shower upstairs is very cramped. The tile floors are quite worn. Cleaning could be better. Lots of dust and cobwebs, especially under cupboards and sofas. A pecking stair railing. No room to store a bicycle or stroller. Had booked through *********** but the communication between Europarcs and *********** is hopeless. The confirmation that we could check in at 3 p.m. turned out to be of no value. Too bad the Europarcs receptionist doesn't do anything with that at all. I was told I should complain to Booking. A beautiful area with many frogs and squirrels.

There was a long queue to check in at reception on Monday 24 April, but there were three counters so it eventually resolved itself quite quickly. Friendly welcome, quick explanation and on to the house. A beautiful villa for 8 people. Well cared for and everything clean. A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is always nice. We spent a nice midweek there.
