房間衞生乾淨，設施全面，每一層樓都有廚房，可以自己做飯，樓下也有很多飯店，離市場超近，離銀灘，僑港海灘都比較近，老闆也很熱情，性價比高，下次來北海還會來這家

生活挺便利的，樓下有個大的菜市場，菜市場旁邊就有海鮮加工的。離銀灘不遠，騎個電動車不到十分鐘，僑港風情街大概十幾分鍾，老闆家就有電動車出租，老闆人不錯服務周到。但房間設施有點陳留，衞生還有待加強

環境可以，很整潔乾淨，床也很舒服，還有廚房可以使用，樓下就有電車可以租，很方便，樓下很多買果的還有早餐點吃的，旁邊就是菜市場，可以自己買海鮮加工
