The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The only drawback is that the two beds are not big. The temperature in the room was pretty good, but the bathroom had floor heating, which made my feet a bit hot. It's just that the room is relatively dry, so it's best to put a humidifier. 💁Facilities The service is good. It was a bit slow to check in. I found that the front desk had to manually enter the information. The system should be upgraded, which affected efficiency. However, the service staff are very friendly and their service attitude is also very good. There is a shuttle bus from the front desk to the check-in area, but you have to wait during peak hours. When I left, I gave the children small gifts🎁. 🥘Catering Breakfast is provided. The variety is not as rich as in a five-star hotel, maybe it has something to do with the snow in the mountains. There are a few good ones, such as honey, smoked salmon fat, Yakult, etc. It tasted good too, and the kids ate a lot. 🎭Activities There are not many children's activities here. There is a special children's activity center, but there are not many activities. If some activities can be organized, I believe there will be many more parent-child tours. 🏝TIPS ✅It is not far from the Great Wall and the Wildlife Park, so you can go there. ✅The weather is good and there is a Great Wall CityWalk, but it is a bit slippery now, so be cautious. ✅It is best to eat in a hotel, which is convenient but not cheap. Otherwise, just drive out to eat, there are also restaurants. ✅If you bring children, it is best to arrange the activities in advance. You can also play in the snow, but it’s too cold. ✅It feels more suitable for vacations, meetings, team building, and parent-child attributes. It is not too high.

The time and details of the rooftop swimming pool and breakfast can be discussed with the store, and WeChat communication is very convenient. The small problem is that the projector may be a little dusty, and it will overheat in about half an hour if the brightness is turned up high, and the shower area is slightly prone to water accumulation, but it will not affect the experience! The big bed we originally booked was great. But the temperature dropped 20 degrees due to a heavy snowfall. We are girls and are afraid of the cold. We called the front desk to complain. The manager came to the room in one minute with the new room card and directly changed us to a larger family room with a view of the beautiful scenery outside. The warm service made the cold winter especially warm.

We came to Juyongguan Great Wall to see the peach blossoms and discovered this treasure private hot spring homestay cluster. We booked their landscape king room. The hygiene is very detailed and clean, and the view is also top-notch👍 The service of the front desk lady was particularly enthusiastic. We also had a barbecue in their yard. The experience was great. They have many courtyards in the village. I really loved their small courtyard and the big swimming pool. The front desk lady said that they expect to open the swimming pool in May. I really didn’t expect that there would be such a homestay at the foot of the Great Wall. Their surrounding environment is also great, surrounded by mountains, and the Great Wall can be seen at a glance. I recommend this home to everyone who comes to Juyongguan to see the peach blossoms. 酒店還是比較好找的，不過門店是不臨街的，按導航找就行了，老闆人很好也很給力，五一假期住的時候大早上其他店家在裝修給吵醒了，然後給老闆打電話説了一下，直接就解決了，又回頭睡了個懶覺，走的時候東西又忘在房間裏了，老闆幫忙給快遞回來的，店裡還有衹貓貓，非常可愛，房間挺乾淨的，樓下好幾個燒烤店，下去就能吃東西，點外賣啥的也方便，性價比很高，十分推薦！！！
