白天辦理入住的小哥給直接升級為套房，本來挺滿意的一次入住，結果發生了後面的事。 1. 酒店提供自助洗衣烘乾服務，0點左右去洗衣，洗衣液沒了，但前台兩個兄弟，看着我拿着臟衣服去洗衣房，明知道洗衣液已經沒有了，提醒一下啊倒是，讓我來來回回跑幾趟，跑回來和你説洗衣液沒了，你屁股沒離開凳子頭也不抬的回一句：對的沒洗衣液了，明天再洗吧。一沒準備足夠的備品二沒提供解決方案三連態度都懶得擺一下，是一個都沒佔。 2.不知道什麼原因，沐浴露和洗髮水包括洗手液，洗的時候很油很滑，搓了半個小時身上都還是油的光滑的，很費解把情況跟前台説了，和送新沐浴露的小夥子驗證了，他自己用沐浴露洗手，一樣沖洗二十多遍沖洗不乾淨，仍然有泡沫仍然很油很滑，讓小夥子把驗證情況和前台説下，在房間等他們回覆，沒有收到任何回覆，別説解決方案了，實在困得不行，睡下了。 3.大早上7點，退房走人，想問問白班的前台小夥子昨天那沐浴露啥的什麼情況，話到嘴邊算了不耽誤那個時間，趕着去長城，惹不起咱躲得起吧
