The water pressure in the room was not enough on the first day, and there was no hot water. The refrigerator did not work after we changed rooms on the second day. The front desk said that refrigerators are now refrigerated. When we were about to arrive on the first day, they helped us move our luggage. On the last day, we had already checked out, so they did not help us move our luggage. We moved our luggage out by ourselves. There was a front desk staff member who made us feel bad. My mother and I did not like him very much.

This time I came to Beijing to visit, and I chose the right hotel! The location is great, right next to the Olympic Park, within walking distance. It's super convenient to see the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube~ The room is not large in size, but the layout is reasonable and not cramped. The key is that the facilities are brand new. After all, it has just opened. The bedding is soft and the toiletries are also good. Moreover, the service is super warm and the staff are very enthusiastic. They take the initiative to say hello every time they meet, which makes people feel very comfortable. You feel like you are at home. Highly recommended!

No English spoken here. Basic Chinese level is enough. Concept law news and room is really cute and looks like pictures. Location is a 15 min walk to line 8 subway. No breakfast. Hotel does have washer and dryer. Suitable for short term travel. If it’s your first time in Beijing maybe not very suitable as there is nothing touristy around and may be hard to navigate more local restaurants.

This is a new hotel that just opened. I happened to come to Beijing for the Chinese New Year and booked it. I was given a free room upgrade, which was very sincere. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful environment. The service staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the subway station and the Bird's Nest, which makes travel convenient. You can see the Bird's Nest directly from the room, and the scenery is very beautiful. The sound insulation is also very good. The whole house is smart. Tmall Genie can control the electric curtains, TV, and lights. You just need to shout. The toilet lid is heated and very comfortable, especially their bedding. The mattress and pillows are so comfortable to sleep on. The shower is hot in seconds. The new store is different. All the supplies are of very good quality and worth recommending.

The most important thing was the front desk. The front desk was very friendly. There was no sales or card application. There was only sincere service from the beautiful girl. If there was a problem, it was solved immediately, just like a friend. I really like this atmosphere. The room was also very clean. The most important thing is that it is very close to the National Convention Center. You can walk there. You can also pass by the Bird's Nest and the Chinese History Museum. I am satisfied, very satisfied. I want to give the beautiful girl at the front desk a ten-star praise. It's a great hotel.

Convenient transportation, close to Metro Line 10, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is quite old-fashioned, and the facilities are relatively old, but fortunately it is well maintained and there are no problems. The disadvantage is that the TV cannot be projected. The sound insulation of the door is poor. The whole room is full of lingering stale cigarette smell. I stayed there for four days and came back every day. It took a long time to adapt. Forgive me for not taking pictures of the room, so I will replace it with the food I ate around.

I checked into the Beijing Beiyuan Hotel on February 20. Very considerate: Due to time constraints, I arrived at the hotel at 6:00 in the morning. The considerate front desk staff (San San) immediately checked me in (17th floor); and also upgraded my room (special thanks to her, this extremely professional lady). Then there were constant surprises: welcome fruit, elegant living environment, and just the right room service, everything... The warm scene is still fresh in my memory. In addition: Due to back discomfort, the staff member surnamed Zhou was even more kind to give me his own warm patch, which was flattering 😃 Come again next time 😁🎉🎉

The room is brand new and has been open for less than a week. The surrounding environment is quiet and the transportation is convenient. There are McDonald's and Qingfeng Baozi downstairs. Good stay experience. The quality of Atour's bedding and utensils is also very good. I might consider buying one of their bath towels when I go home.

這家亞朵主打深睡眠，連住兩天感覺名副其實，真的睡得很好。 一進大廳就能聞到一股精油的香氣，酒店雖然是新開但完全聞不到裝修氣味，設備設施都很一流，房間有配瑜伽墊，馬桶也是輕智能帶加熱的，窗户隔音效果一流，臨馬路也完全聽不到噪音。特別喜歡的一個細節是房間的水杯，給的是咖啡店用的那種一次性防燙紙杯，方便帶一杯熱咖啡出門喝。 但是必須要説一下不足， 一是在牀頭櫃和床之間的縫隙裏有上一位住客留下的紙團，還挺明顯的，我特意沒有收，第二天再回房間，到處都打掃乾淨了，這團紙還在那裡。 二是消耗品的補充，我們很喜歡小冰箱裏送的免費茶飲，特意詢問了服務員第二天會補充，但晚上回房過後發現並沒有補充，抽屜裏喝掉的咖啡也沒補充，這在其他普通酒店都是不可能發生的事情。 三是前台服務員，我們辦理入住的時候就感覺操作不太熟練，接過我們的證件過後又去和同事説別的事情，過一會兒又説系統有點卡讓我們去旁邊坐一下。第二天晚上發現飲料沒補充後我們詢問前台，回覆我們馬上送到，實際等了半小時也沒送來，再打電話詢問，這次接電話的小哥表示並不知道有這件事，然後過了一會兒就給送上來了。 最後是深夜粥到，寫的是直到晚上十一點都有，實際我們十點到達餐廳就發現已經沒粥了，問服務員也回答説不會再續了，那我請問為啥要寫供應到十一點呢？ 總的來説我們這次其實體驗很好，亞朵的設計和理念讓人很舒服，下次出行依舊會將亞朵作為我們的首選，所以希望能在服務上注意細節，更進一步，做大做強～
