Huge thanks to Max at the front desk for his warm and thoughtful service! The room was clean and tidy, the free airport shuttle was punctual, and they even offered complimentary late-night snacks. A truly excellent stay experience near Daxing Airport!

I stayed here for a night layover and, overall, it served its purpose perfectly. The location is incredibly convenient, you can walk straight from the terminal, which is exactly what you need after a long flight. However, there were a couple of downsides. The breakfast was quite poor for a hotel of this category. I expected much more variety and quality. Also, in the morning there was only one single staff member at the front desk, and he didn't speak any English, which made communication a bit difficult. For a hotel of this level, that felt strange and unprofessional. That said, if you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep between flights, this hotel is ideal. For a short layover, I would still recommend it.

My stay was great! First off, the location is super convenient. I was flying with China Eastern, and the hotel is just a three to five-minute walk to the check-in counter. Secondly, the service deserves five stars! The front desk staff, Xinxin, was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. She even upgraded my room. However, the room was a bit noisy, so I went back to the front desk to ask for a change. Another male staff member at the front desk was also very nice and found a staff member to show me other rooms. The staff member, who seemed like a supervisor, showed me several rooms and even helped me with my luggage. In the end, I switched to a single room with a window, and it was very quiet. Finally, the room itself was small but had everything I needed. The overall living experience was still very good.

Stayed here during Beijing trip and I must say this hotel is amazing and very close the Daxing airport. They have airport pickup every 30 minutes from 4F 3No gate of arrival area which takes 10 minutes to arrive by bus or taxi. They have big bus to pick and drop so you dont need to worry about transporting your luggage to the hotel. Hotel is new, clean, big and rooms are spacious with all amenities needed for a traveler. There’s a small kiosk which opens 24hrs where you can buy rice curry and beer even at midnight. There’s a beautiful and kind front desk staff called Ms. Chen who speaks basic English and very helpful and makes our communication easy and effective. Highly recommended if you’re staying around Beijing Daxing Airport.

The breakfast selection is quite substantial. The live station's scrambled eggs are tender and fresh, and the baguette toasted in the toaster is wonderfully fragrant. There's a good variety of whole grains, and even freshly prepared knife-cut noodles. With such a wide range of hot food options, having breakfast here as a guest is truly enjoyable.

Hotel service was good, especially the pick and drop service from and to airport was wonderful due to remote location of hotel. The only thing was disturbing was knocking at the door after midnight by the receptionist accompanied by police officer 5o inquire why we're in Beijing and what's the purpose of our travel, where we're working in China. I do respect the law and the police officer was just doing his job and I cooperated with him answered all his questions that didn't last for more than a couple of minutes but the timing of their arrival wasn't good. We're very tired and were sleeping but the knocking at door woke up disturbing the sleep that resulted in sleeplessness for a couple of hours. We couldn't sleep for another couple of hours due to this situation as it cussed broken sleep and sluggish morning wake up though we'd to go for registration that took a lot of time but due ti poor sleep in last night the whole day went so bad with less energy and tired, exhausted body and mind. Hotel management could at least improve such policy and don't bother the guets staying at their hotel.

Excellent stay! We got upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room came with coffee and fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also good, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was very convenient.

The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Especially the young lady at the front desk that night, who immediately upgraded my room because the original one was a bit noisy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Due to a flight delay, I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived at the hotel. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, a lady named Zhao Guangyue from the front office department greeted us. She immediately took our luggage and promptly offered a warm welcome tea. Her tone was genuinely warm, not forced, and in that moment, I truly felt like I had 'come home'. During check-in, Ms. Zhao Guangyue's professionalism and attentiveness left a particularly deep impression on me. She arranged a quiet room for us and specifically mentioned that we could request an extra set of amenities. Afterwards, she pulled out a notepad and hand-drew a map of nearby breakfast and late-night snack spots around the hotel, meticulously marking walking distances and operating hours, even noting which places offered lighter options. Honestly, this went far beyond the standard front desk service; it was genuine care for people. Such thoughtful and effective service, delivered without a word, is impossible without sufficient professional integrity and empathy. Now, about the hotel overall. The bedding in the room was skin-friendly and breathable, the shower water pressure was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly straight through until morning. The breakfast selection was rich, and beyond the standard Western offerings, the local specialty snacks were a delightful surprise. The city skyline view from the window was also very soothing. After check-out, Ms. Zhao Guangyue thoughtfully asked about my sleep quality the previous night and informed us about the departure time for the hotel's airport shuttle. It truly warmed my heart. This experience truly made us feel Hilton's 'hospitality' service culture. Especially Ms. Zhao Guangyue from the front office department, she transformed a regular stay into a wonderful memory with a series of seemingly small but perfectly executed gestures. I hope the hotel management sees this review and gives such an outstanding employee the recognition she deserves. The next time I come to Beijing, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Daxing International Airport to my colleagues and friends. Thank you to Ms. Zhao Guangyue and the entire hotel team for their efforts in making travelers feel treated with kindness.

what is very good, like a 5 Star Hotel: - Pillows and bed are extraordinary good - Air conditioning is perfect, quiet, efficient - Air humidifier and cleaner in the room as additional plus - TV has a really large size - High quality tea, coffee and and even some cold beverages in the room for free - Very well thought design and mood lighting - Large room and large bathroom, separated shower and toilet - Very good sound insulation and also smoke from the corridor stays out (Some nasty guys smoking on the non smoking floor) - Electric curtains and Shades, can be controlled from bed - just perfect. - Wifi is fast, although it needs password AND additional registration is a bit annoying - friendly and helpful staff at check-in Regarding these points, the only thing that keeps this hotel away from 5 stars is the missing pool (which I don’t need). This is true 4++ stars, but…. What is not good and should not happen: - Shower thermostat control broken, can only be adjusted hot to very hot. Unacceptable - Shower installation in general is faulty, the rain shower head is so low, I almost bumped my head. - Water kettle shows strong wear marks, looks old, not nice. - Hair dryer has only one setting: Very hot. It is so hot it overheats every 20 to 30 seconds and stops working until cooled down. Bad quality chosen. - Breakfast is small and the quality is just average to below average. Worst part is the coffee machine needed milk and cleaning and the staff was unwilling to do so. This is bad. - Bus to the airport has a every 20 minute schedule, but if you don’t carry bags the driver will eventually just skip the tour and let you wait 40min Altogether good value and one of the best hotel rooms that can easily keep up with 5 stars houses. Still I really hope they improve the deficits as they mostly come from laziness. Currently therefore I would not recommend this hotel now.
