The environment is great, the decor is elegant, the bedding is clean, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. I had a very pleasant stay.

Had an amazing stay at the Hampton by Hilton! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super quick and efficient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfy, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety and tasted great too. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and lots of dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

I was very happy with the room; it was clean, tidy, and odorless. I checked in late at night, and Xiao Liu at the front desk was very welcoming. My booked room wasn't available, so they even upgraded my room type. The next day, when I extended my stay, Xiao Qin at the front desk gave me fruit and yogurt. The housekeeping staff, worried I wouldn't have enough water, also brought up a lot of bottled water. Even the delivery food was brought up by the front desk. Siji Yuyuan is truly the best choice!

For the second time we live in the network of these hotels (previously in Shanghai), we all like, the hotel is far from the center, but for us it was not a problem, a beautiful and new hotel, a welcoming staff, there is a room with washing and drying machines, There is a zone with a runway and an ellipse, during our stay opened a new metro station across the road from the hotel)) Next to a McDonalds, Lucky coffee, small shops and cafes, in 5 minutes a large shopping mall, There is a good food and a huge food court) in general, hotel recommended)

The hotel is in the vicinity of the Summer Palace. We were the only Westerners in the hotel and we could communicate with the staff by translation tools only. It was a warm welcome. Place was clean, bathroom a sort of a modern modular unit. Central airconditioning in the room wasn't very responsive. Nice vegetarian breakfast, very friendly staff once more.

The hotel is located in Xiangshan Park, with an excellent location. The hotel was designed by master I.M. Pei, and the style and details are amazing. Unfortunately, the maintenance work is not delicate enough, and some aspects have not been preserved. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, but the facilities in the room I stayed in are a bit old, and the variety and taste of the breakfast are very average. The design and location of the hotel are really outstanding. Next time I come to climb Xiangshan, I will choose to stay here again.

Every year, I go to Xiangshan with my family to see the red leaves! This time, I accidentally chose this hotel. It is very good in all aspects. It is newly opened, everything is new, the service staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, the breakfast is also good, and I have to especially praise the bedding, which is really comfortable! I slept well all night! I immediately bought the hotel pillow and quilt

After seeing all the great reviews online, I canceled my booking at the beautiful Fragrant Hills Hotel and booked two nights here instead. Maybe my expectations were too high, but when I arrived, the service was just... terrible. Every staff member was stiff and cold, offering no proactive help. Even when I asked for something, their faces remained blank and their responses were blunt. Then there's the room smell. It's probably unavoidable in a newly built guesthouse. I asked to switch rooms for the second night, and they grudgingly and reluctantly helped me, but there was no apology for the smell. Instead, they just told me all the rooms were like that. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only a few simple items like steamed buns, fried dough sticks, congee, wontons, and milk. And you had to pay extra for them; they weren't included in the room rate. After finishing the unappetizing breakfast, I had to go to the front desk to pay more. My kids were going to the science festival for two days and were starving every morning. For dinner, I saw high ratings on Dianping and thought I'd give it a try. But when we arrived at 8 PM, we were told this wasn't available, and that wasn't available. The male waiter offered zero service, and the food itself was very ordinary. We all went back to our room hungry and regretting not just going to one of the small eateries on the street. In short, experience it yourselves. If one staff member has an issue, it might be a personal problem, but when every single staff member is like this, it clearly indicates a major management problem.
