The moment I pushed open the door, the first thing that caught my eye was the expansive space. The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire mountain view like a moving painting. The sofa, lounge area, and dressing table were all comfortably laid out, and even with my suitcase fully open and spread out, it didn't feel crowded. Walking to the hot spring tub on the terrace, the water was so clear I could see the pebbles on the bottom, even the petals floating on the surface were perfectly visible. Soaking in the warm water, with the mountain breeze carrying the scent of grass and trees, it was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. Our service butler, Kira, who was in touch with us throughout, was truly heartwarming. She asked about our dietary preferences in advance, and anything we needed was delivered very quickly. Her sense of discretion was just right – not overly intrusive, yet thoughtful in every detail. This short trip was full of pleasant surprises at every turn.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The executive lounge had a nice ambiance and good food. Ms. Du at the front desk was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; her service left a deep impression.

I took the two elderly people to visit Yanqi Lake. Because I often live in Marriott on business trips, I booked two rooms when I saw Marriott have a two-day package. The front desk service was very good! First of all, the doorman saw that we had brought a wheelchair. He immediately pushed the luggage cart to help us carry the luggage, and kept helping to push it to the room. I forgot to ask his name. I should give encouragement. Then it was shirely. When she booked the room the day before, she asked us in detail about our needs. Although she was not there on the day of our stay, she still arranged very intimately and sent me a message to ask if it was appropriate. When I left the store, Ada also asked for feedback, which was very good. We ate two meals in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The first time we raised the problem of green vegetables (the two elderly people had bad teeth). The second time we ate, the green vegetables were specially cooked very soft. We were very touched because the restaurant was busy and did not ask the name of the male manager on the day. Unfortunately, The elders are especially grateful to them! Although the new hotel, the whole service team is very professional and excellent, we will choose Marriott next time.
