Temporary work to live, not many people, the overall is still satisfied, parking is to enter the next community to the back door, it is best to have a reminder, the service attitude is good, that is, the hardware needs to be improved! One of the lamps next to the bed is not bright. Anyway, I tried it for a long time and it was not bright. There was also the faucet that did not match the hotel feeling. It was the kind of wriggling switch. I was not used to it. It looked a bit low! The shower is also this kind of switch. It takes a long time to twist the first-class hot water. Location, Service, very good. Just walk 8 minutes ahead and you will find the subway station. It is also very close if there are families who want to meet their children in the LiangXiang University area. Right next to it is a shopping center. In front of the hotel there are also many shops selling food for morning, afternoon and evening, and several other drink/food shops.
During my stay 06 days, the breakfast menu never changed. But the variety and taste is quite good.
The front desk staff is also active in helping. Unfortunately, during the 06 days of staying here, the wifi connection had problems, it couldn't connect to my device.

Unless the quality is very stable, there are two folding in Liangxiang. This area is relatively large, but it is a year earlier than that. All the facilities and equipment are still new. The fly in the ointment is that the shower water is relatively small.

Wow! This hotel experience is simply amazing! The hotel is not only equipped with the super interesting Xiaodu smart phone, but also allows you to easily contact the front desk by calling Xiaodu, which is very convenient and novel. The toilet is also smart, which brings a full sense of technology. What surprised me most was that the hotel took the initiative to upgrade our room type, which was really thoughtful! Staying here feels both comfortable and full of smart enjoyment, which completely exceeded my expectations. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. You must come and experience this unique and high-quality service experience. I believe you will fall in love with it like me! Worth recommending

GGuest UserThe butler in the store is very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to ask various needs, and will try to meet the needs of the children. This is the warm place of this homestay, and I always feel the warmth. I ordered dinner at the homestay, and I feel delicious and at home. It's not like the taste of 9 restaurants outside, but more like the taste of home. The taste is very good. It rained a little when we checked in. It's so comfortable to sit in a daze in the backyard after the rain, and the third floor A random shot of the sky mirror will give you a sense of instant vision of a blockbuster, and the children are crazy about it. The room facilities are also good, the only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, but because there are welcome white fungus soup and good night milk, these can be ignored. The most regrettable thing is that there is no water in the swimming pool because of the temperature problem. If there is a swimming pool, the children will be happier. Overall I commented that this is a very warm hotel, and I will choose it in the future.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. When ask them to help they also manage to help.

MMe麦I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

HHoeThe service provided by the check in staff - didn’t catch his name - on shift on 1 April ard 5.45pm was impeccable! ( short hair, round face with specs at the front desk - right side ) would like to commend him on his attentiveness, politeness which made us feel very welcomed.
I also want to give special thanks to the concierge trainee Mia Su who helped me twice on 2nd April with my cardboard box of purchased items, help carry the box/ and also help talk to my didi driver on the right terminal to go to. She was polite, helpful and professional.
The mister attendant at the front of the hotel was very helpful w our heavy suitcases and carton box full of Beijing specialty goods on 2 April 4.45pm when we were leaving for the airport

BBernie123The room is decent size for the price and it is well distributed. The closet is just a hanger for like 4 or 5 garments so beware. Bathroom unfortunately was a bit smelly. Bed was comfortable. I did not like the included breakfast because it’s actually a bag they leave outside the door every morning with the same menu everyday and did not like all the items. I will try a different hotel in my next visit to Beijing.
