Was a great experience. Very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. If you stay in room 120 know that the hot and cold water are backwards for the shower! They Gym was great as well as the pool. At night they have a little cozy bar. The location is ideal for the surrounding area. The house keeping was on point and everything was clean! Very accommodating! They even have a shuttle service to the airport.

Only complain was the toilet was so low; difficult for the old knees.

The staff were very friendly. They were very helpful. Unfortunately overnight huge storm knocked out electricity and downed trees around the property. We were better off than just across the interstate where buildings were leveled. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They handled it very professionally.

The staff said the hotel will be going under a renovation soon, but I was still impressed with the cleanliness of the hote. Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! I highly recommend the omelets. Adorable bar, and indoor pool was perfect on a hot weekend. I will definitely stay again.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. The room was quiet and AC was cold. The lounge has a great atmosphere and the flatbread pizza was off the charts! Was in town for business and this hotel was perfect location and great for relaxing after our meeting. Will always stay here when coming in to Bentonville!

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in during my travels. The linens, the pillows, the bed.... just total comfort! The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice and friendly. They sent me to Crystal Bridges, really nice museum to look through if you have time. Dinner service was great. I recommend you try the mushroom swiss burger. Adorable lounge with a great atmosphere! Will stop back by on my travels for sure!

The AC unit in the room was sooo loud I didn’t get a good night sleep!!! 2 nights of this.. Either be hot turning it off or hear the loud noise coming from it!! Ugh, the hotel would’ve got 5 stars from me but not being able to sleep ******. The room was clean, the lobby could use some tlc, the furniture was a little outdated and worn. But, again my room was very clean! Breakfast was ok..
