It’s just okay and nothing special. It won’t win awards for the aesthetics and the room is so small I don’t know how I’d manage if there were two of us, it’s a tight squeeze. Staff are hit and miss some are friendly and helpful and others seemed to have an attitude. Location is great and it’s close enough to everything you’ll need in Bergen. You can hear a lot of noise from the room, chairs scraping on floors and chat from other rooms so bring white noise! View from room of harbour great if you get a top floor.

My 2nd stays when visit Bergen on October 2022 and April 2023 both visit are for 3 nights each stays. I love Thon hotel because the breakfast was amazing, so many varieties of food and delicious. The room is very nice and clean and comfortable beds. Shower room is nice and the adjustment of the water is perfect. I love the chocolate they serve in ours first check in. Delicious. Parking is not free but easy access. The hotel is located in the heart of Bergen old Town, only walk about 2 minutes from the lobby, beautiful Maria Church also 2 minutes from the lobby, definitely will come back...strongly recommend 😍 you can watch my channel about all hotels I recommend on WTLJ YouTube, thanks 😊

The room was spacious, clean, and came with great amenities, like a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, view was beautiful, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful.

Nice hotel and great breakfast. The only problem was our TV didn't work. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Bummer.

The Thon Hotel Group was recommended to us and it met our expectations. We especially enjoyed their morning breakfast and it was on par with other hotels we typically stay at. The hotels proximity to the Viking cruise terminal was perfect and it was also in easy walking distance to many shops and dining establishments.
