Hotel che meriterebbe le 4 stelle **** per la location comodissimo alle piu famose attrazioni della città e con molti ristoranti e locali raggiungibili a piedi, le camere, la ricca colazione, la pulizia e il personale molto gentile (soprattutto il ragazzo alto). Ci è dispiaciuto andarcene!

Hotel rinnovato recentemente. Stanze grandi e pulite. Manca l'aria condizionata. Posizione ottima vicino ci sono i bus e a 20 min a piedi Alexanderplatz oppure la Porta di Brandeburgo. C'è anche la chiesa. Colazione ottima completa di tutto, dolci salati e frutta

Reception could be friendlier, otherwise everything was OK. Room was large and clean, with a balcony, although there was an ashtray on the balcony. It's definitely not nice when the person in the next room smokes on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Hotel was easy to reach by public transport. Conference room was good.

Excellent location within easy reach of Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, Ubahn station less than 10 minutes walk away, the hotel itself is just of the main road so it can be quiet, room was a good size and well equipped as was the shower/wc. Lots of places to eat and drink close by. Reception staff were ok but not particularly friendly.

We had a fantastic two night stay at this Berlin hotel during a multi stop tour of Germany. Check in was painless and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower/bathroom facilities were very good also. We found the staff to be excellent, helpful and a credit to the hotel. We were allowed an early check in and also left our luggage after check out without any problems. The hotel is a delight and perfect for couples or families visiting Berlin. There is excellent transport links a short walk away and the hotel can be reached from the airport/HBF without any hassle. We will definitely stay here again if and when we return to Berlin. 😀

We stayed here for three nights during a Berlin city break. Good neighborhood, situated inside a larger complex, quiet premises. Online pre-checkin process which fast-tracked our stay at reception on arrival. But it was also a bit difficult to get along with the non-English speaking receptionist when we wanted to arrange an early check-out. The room was very spacious, clean, with large windows, furnished with utility in mind, not just to fill the space. Small balcony oriented toward the interior courtyard. Bed was comfortable, good night sleep. Nice bathroom, good shower pressure, nice and plentiful toiletries, good quality toilet paper, decent ventilation, but with some awkward smells at times. Enough wall sockets, including near the bed and including USBs. The WiFi connection was spotty, kept disconnecting. If you're late you have to ring and disturb the receptionist to come and unlock the front door, honestly felt like arriving late from the club and waking up my mom. Other oddities: large, tombstone shaped key rings, recorded bird songs playing at night. There are some supermarkets nearby, but there is also the possibility to buy water and snacks at reception. Decently priced compared to similar hotels in Berlin (and that doesn't mean it's not expensive). Would recommend and stay again.

Very quiet hotel in a great location. Very clean rooms, very courteous staff and excellent breakfast. Oranienburger Tor subway station is about 350 meters away. Friedrichstrasse station and Friedrichstadtpalast are within easy walking distance.
