Amazing
LLamlamSinThis hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient.
As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant.
Overall, highly recommended as a base in Berlin.

HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.

__WeChat61011****The room is very big. It is on the second floor. You can walk out of the room and there is a small garden. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard, great. The Berlin Gate is right outside the door, and the subway entrance is less than 50 meters away. The transportation is extremely convenient. The breakfast is great, there are many waiters, coffee, tea, and food that needs to be waited for can be ordered and asked to be delivered by the waiter. In short, the experience is very good. I will come again.

CChimexI liked the hotel because it was really well maintained and the staff were professional and really helpful. The location is good, really close to a U-bahn station and has many options of shops and restaurants around. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the rooms were clean and well tidy. Having a coffee machine and little snacks for sale at the reception was also a great choice as it makes it easy to get midnight snack or something to drink.
Only downside or issue I had was not being able to reserve a single big sized bed and had to manage two separate beds.
I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone looking to lodge anywhere around Spandau.

AAllison_TravelsThe hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

FFEE______A standard old money style hotel with rich breakfast and good quality. The hotel is opposite the transportation hub and is convenient to go anywhere. It is not far from Kudan Street and is convenient for eating and shopping.

GGuest UserThe second time I stayed, the room was upgraded and the experience was much better. The bathroom renovation added points. This time I was told that in addition to the indoor swimming pool, there was also a sauna and a gym available. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

GGuest UserWir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.

GGuest UserIt is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm.
Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid.
If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.
