Great
GGuest UserUnfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

Great
HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.
GGuest UserGod lokation but, you need transport if you don't want to walk 7 km to inner city
Hotel is nice and clean
If your with car, finding carpark is not easy, ( just use the car parking beside the hotel)
Great breakfast
Clean rooms
Will recommend also for families indeed.
NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was simply outstanding. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel that special blend of elegance, tranquility, and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home.
The rooms are stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail – spacious, incredibly clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I was particularly impressed by how quiet it was despite the central location – a true luxury in Berlin.
The staff deserves special praise: attentive, professional, and always genuinely friendly. You don't feel like just one guest among many, but truly welcome and valued.
The breakfast is a real highlight – a wide selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. The spa and pool area also invites relaxation and perfectly completes the overall experience.
The location couldn't be better: central yet pleasantly quiet, with short distances to many sights and shopping opportunities.
In short: A hotel that impresses in every way and makes the stay something special. I will definitely be back.
GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.
GGuest UserThe product offers impressive value for the price, making it a smart and economical choice for anyone seeking quality on a budget. Its low cost does not compromise its effectiveness, and overall, it delivers excellent cost performance, giving customers a satisfying experience without spending too much money.
GGuest UserEven though it's a 5-star hotel, the facilities are quite outdated. We booked 4 rooms but were only given 3, with them claiming they were fully booked – ridiculous! After a long negotiation, they finally gave us a non-sale room. Luckily, we had a local guide who could help communicate, otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable... It seems like all their bookings are through agencies, not direct contracts. When issues arise, customer service is ineffective; even the hotel's phone number doesn't work. What's the point of booking through them then? I suggest Trip.com should reconfirm every order with the hotel!
AAnonymous UserThe building was originally a telecommunications facility that has been renovated to house a museum, offices, restaurants, and more. This hotel is one of them.
It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste.
Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here.
The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant.
The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.

YYIZHUOGood! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!
