The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin ⭐ 9/10 💰 Value for money: 10/10 A refined luxury hotel in an exceptional Potsdamer Platz location. The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

I requested a high-floor room, and the hotel thankfully accommodated. The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view – absolutely perfect, and the service deserves a special mention. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, Sony Center, and Potsdamer Platz. Right in front of the hotel, there's also a section of the Berlin Wall and the ruins of Hotel Esplanade, which survived the war. From my floor, I had easy access to the gym, sauna, and pool. The sauna is a dry sauna, and the pool is quite nice.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good. The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is quiet and a good size. The facilities are what you'd expect, considering it's not a new hotel. The shower was a bit tricky to operate. Breakfast was reasonably varied, typical German breakfast. There's a bus stop and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance, and Potsdam Plaza is also very close.

Despite the great location, I cannot recommend this hotel. It falls far short of InterContinental’s five-star standards. My room was poorly maintained, with uncomfortable, gritty bedding and lackluster housekeeping that failed to clean basic items like a used tea cup or tidy the room while I was out. It felt more like a two-star establishment than a luxury hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the service and strongly urge management to take immediate action.

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

Located in an extremely central location, just a one-minute walk from Berlin's luxury shopping street, Kurfürstendamm, Hotel Bristol offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, and 24-hour fitness club, as well as a large conference space totaling 1,035 square meters and comprehensive business support systems. This luxury hotel combines tradition and functionality to provide the perfect environment for tourists, as well as for hosting international business events and executive stays.

The hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros

Wir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
