The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, and every detail makes the stay special. It was a pleasure to spend time here, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good. The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

Fantastic hotel and great rooms. Best breakfast and beautiful spa gym swimming area. A bit pricey specially at exhibition times.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is quiet and a good size. The facilities are what you'd expect, considering it's not a new hotel. The shower was a bit tricky to operate. Breakfast was reasonably varied, typical German breakfast. There's a bus stop and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance, and Potsdam Plaza is also very close.

🗺️Location: It's a short taxi ride from the main train station, and the surrounding area is quite nice. It's close to the zoo and there are gift shops nearby. The Greek restaurant across the street is good for drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner. 🗣️Noise: We didn't hear any noise in the room. ❣️They provide disposable slippers!

The hotel is in a great corner location, right next to a subway station. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the double-glazed windows ensure quiet. The bathroom is clearly newly renovated. However, at 5 AM, the fire alarm went off. I threw on a coat over my pajamas and headed out, only to surprisingly find the stairwell quite beautiful. A team of police arrived, along with three fire trucks with ladders! After 45 minutes of chaos, the alarm was simply turned off without any explanation! I was so tired I went back to sleep, only to be woken up at 8:30 AM by a knock on the door from housekeeping asking if I needed cleaning. I had only booked for one night, and check-out was before noon!

The hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros

Wir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
