The check-in provided by Ctrip was booked by an agent. When there was a problem with the personnel list verification, the attitude of the front desk was extremely arrogant and condescending. I contacted Ctrip many times and checked the order through the agent. It was obviously the agent's problem, but they pushed all the responsibility to the customer. Park Otel is located right in front of the bus stop, very close to Taksim and Galata Port, but in a somewhat secluded location. The Bosperus view from inside the hotel is amazing, and the breakfast is very delicious. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the facilities such as the gym or spa, but considering the clean room condition, excellent location, and delicious breakfast, I think I will choose it again on my next trip to Istanbul.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The room was very spacious, it had everything you would expect at the five star hotel.
