Magnifique belle chambre prestation à la page toujours aussi agréable et très confortable avec une très belle vue et une belle demeure à visiter sans trop tarder vraiment j’ai passé une excellente semaine période de feria rien à redire cest exceptionnel

This place is a gem! We absolutely LOVED it! From the moment Louis answered the door, we were transported into an enchanted atmosphere! He was friendly, helpful and cheerful and the room we occupied was impeccable: clean, with modern amenities, large windows and very high ceilings. There is a breakfast room downstairs and a lovely pool area. Beziers is the oldest city in France, with numerous attractions. The hotel is near the old city, about ten minutes on foot.

j'ai effectué une réservation via le site Booking ,il y a un mois pour cet établissement soit le 16 Mai et j ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir que celle ci avait été annulée par l'établissement le 12 Juin sans la moindre explication. J'ai contacté l'établissement pour discuter de ce problème( impossible d'obtenir la responsable). Mais j'ai très vite compris que le budget des chambres avait été modifié pour la période et que du coup le tarif que j'avais obtenu lors de ma réservation ne leur convenait plus. Et qu'une forte augmentation était pratiquée depuis sur le même site aux mêmes périodes. PRATIQUE COMMERCIALE SCANDALEUSE.

De passage sur Beziers, nous avons passé une nuit. L'accueil est agréable, on nous a expliqué toutes les commodités de l'établissement. La chambre était spacieuse avec une bonne literie 🛏💤. Les petits bemols: le petit déjeuner à 20€/pers qui est cher et le parking à 15€ également.

The most immaculate people at this understated palace have made this stay truly magical. I cannot thank enough the kindest most generous soul who salvaged our return home by speedily bringing us our passports which we’d forgotten in our room safe. We simply cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay. Be aware there is no elevator. The room was huge and immaculate. The staff was professional and couldnt have been any nicer. This is a 14 minute walk from cathedral. Its 20.00 to take a taxi. The breakfast was really good. I would love to stay again. Everything was perfect.

Grande chambre très lumineuse au premier étage. Petite piscine juste pour se rafraîchir ce qui est appréciable en centre ville. Localisation parfaite pour visiter Béziers (où il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose à voir !). On regrettera l'exécrable qualité du wi-fi, autant considérer qu'il n'y en a pas.

Non respect du standing en 999 Folies junior, climatisation non efficace,25 8° a l'arrivée avec en plus le sèche servielttes qui fonctionne à fond, minuscule fenêtre et non grde baie vitrée, sous les toits....donc température élevée. Tâche sur coussin. Pb de piscine donc non fonctionnelle. Des remarques désobligeantes de la part du réceptionniste. L'HORREUR....hôtel à éviter !
