Simple and bare bone. What else would you expect? The rooms are quite dim even with lights on. Near metro station so it's convenient.

Large room and brilliant customer service and breakfast. Made rest after a cricket match in Edgbaston very accommodating. Thank you very much Travelodge Broadway Plaza. I will definitely use this hotel again when I'm next in Birmingham.

Great location however the breakfast service was terrible, best of way describing it was a run down cafe in the middle of no where.

The room I was given was really good. The bed was comfortable and well made. What stood out to me was the way I was treated by the employees (Faiyaz & Jeff). Both were ready help with my concerns and made me feel good about making this booking. All in all it’s a great experience.

Secure Parking underneath complex, £12 for 24 hours. Staff on check in were very friendly and accommodating . Stayed in room 172 which was quiet and very big. Only small ****** was no plug sockets by the bed. Breakfast was good and the managers were very friendly and stopped at our table to ask how our stay was. We visited sealife and Lego discovery which were no more than a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is next to a cinema , bowling , climbing centre. Bar with crazy golf. We stayed on a Thursday and it was quite probably busier at weekend. Would definitely stay again.
