The room was OK, but the service was terrible! I checked in on the night of May 28 and left on the 29th. When I checked in on the 28th, the guy at the front desk (waiter) deliberately made things difficult for me. At first, I asked to change to a room next to the elevator (because I was afraid that the noise would affect my sleep because I had to leave early the next morning). He refused at first (the room was empty and there were not many guests). After my repeated insistence, he deliberately changed me to a room in the Kuroshio House on the first floor, with a window no more than 2 meters away from the opposite building, and repeatedly emphasized that this was the last chance to change! His attitude was extremely bad!

Standard Hampton Inn, a little distance from Chinatown, about 20 minutes walk. Parking is very convenient, many parking spaces nearby are free at night, and parking during the day is about three or four pounds a day.

Total disappointment concerning the name and what we have seen inside.
First of all hotel doesn’t have parking and they advice safe one 10 min walk away , but safety made us worry half night leaving expensive shopping inside.
Elevator of hotel was shaking and seemed to be dropping soon. Everything is just broken from bathroom to bed which is by the way is kind of box with mattress. The variety of teas is the cheapest. The only thing left from Hampton Hilton is green color left on bed headrest (not even on the carpets as supposed to be ) and waffles for breakfast. Same disappointing breakfast as around all UK but thanks for waffles to forget the whole sadness of the stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The only issue during my stay was being woke up in early hours by loud noises which I think was coming from the pipes.
